The Branson Hillside Hotel

There is stuff to do on site, they even had a free movie night and you could purchase popcorn an drinks. They people to help you if it's your first time, staff is friendly and fast. Not to busy of an area so when your not in the traffic it's a since of relief and enjoyable.

If I had to choose something it would be the pool was closed but no complaints honestly! I love that they are keeping up with it and improving it. Even though it looked amazing before!!💜 I wish check out was at least 11 especially if your traveling far. Nothing but love over here!😁

Upon arrival I remember I had visited this resort before. The hotel was clean and nice, staff was friendly. I ordered room service (poolside) it was ok. If you have small kids, this would be a great alternative instead of going to White Water ( they have a pool with slide for kids as well as a splash pad. They also have an extra pool on the other side of the property behind the hotel. They have an escape room but it was booked so we did not get to make a reservation. The air conditioner was working great considering it was 111 degrees each day. The Chicken Shop has the best Chicken Ever! Branson Landing was great for food options as well as shopping! Wild World (next to Walmart) is great. You can feed the stingrays, sharks and Alligators. Tons off things to see in there. It is a must! Overall Excellent Trip and Stay

I think the service charge is high considering if you want food after breakfast the only was to get it is room service or poolside, then they charge you extra for the service when that is the only option. The mattress could have been a lot better, my back still hurts.

A little tricky to find at night. This property was obviously formerly part of a national chain. Interior updates outweigh the outward appearance of this property—as outside is very tired-looking and needs spruced up (my guess is with the interior remodel (almost) done the exterior is next on the list. New signs would help too/-overall very good value for the money inside-/just pardon the outside for now.

I was looking forward to enjoying the pool when we arrived but it was closed for cleaning. I'm disappointed I didn't get to enjoy the pool, but I am very happy to know it is cleaned often. It was quiet and was perfect for our family weekend get away.

I was a little disappointed in the restaurant. The food was okay, the service great, but not what I was expecting

The staff was very friendly, the property was nice. The pool was great. Nice, big hot tub, awesome slide and pool area. The room was nice. A little on the small side, but it worked for sure. The bath towels were some of the nicest I’ve encountered, very soft and plush. Our bed was so very comfortable, slept so good.

This isn’t an actual complaint, merely an observation. The elevators didn’t seem to match the rest of the property. While totally functional, the elevators have ‘seen some things’. They looked rough compared to everything else. But, again, totally functional and I was happy to have them.

It is a nice property. Extensive pools still open in Oct. free games like mini golf and ping-pong. Good sized workout area was clean and stocked with towels.

We didn’t receive maid service but not an issue as there was a stock of towels enough for a couple of days. There was a restaurant but only open for buffet breakfast. Also a bar/lounge was not on property as listed in the ad. Maybe off season but could be stated that way.

The hotel was conveniently located to a lot of the attractions and the indoor water park was great for little kids.

The breakfast wasn't included and actually difficult to find on the property. The quality of the breakfast was lacking for the additional price you pay to eat there. Additionally, they did not clean the room for the three nights we were there which led to an increase of trash in the room.

Been here twenty or thirty times. We love it every time. I hope being bought out by Marriott doesn't change too much.

The bed in our room closest to the window, every time the kids moved, was very loud. Also, the large buses with all the elderly people loading in and out in the morning it was a bit annoying. The buses were always parked in an odd position and they idled for an hour plus in the morning right outside of the windows. Also what's up with the picture of the Daniel O'Donnell guy in the lobby? We didn't know who he was as sweet Google them and found out that he's 60 years old in the picture in the lobby look like he was 30.

Cleanliness ++++ Staff had a smile on their face every time I walked in and out of the hotel. Pool was clean, hallways clean, conference area clean, beds super clean and comfortable, 2 complimentary water bottles in the refrigerator, coffee in the room. We were very pleased with our stay.

Consistently clean, good accommodations, good price

The splash splashatorium & heated indoor/outdoor pool was our main reason for coming back , and they no longer have rights to that. Probably will book elsewhere with our kid since why we booked several times in past was cuz a $100-ish hotel with this activity
