Courtyard St. Louis Creve Coeur

The room was good, everything about the hotel was good as far as the room. I had other issues though...

They royally, and I mean mega-royally, screwed up my billing. I paid through booking, then managed to get charged two more times by the hotel by accident. They did fix it and refund my money, but the refunds took several days and kind of put me in a bit of a bind financially. Even though they did fix it, I felt like they could have done more, such as future room discounts or something like that. I'll probably not be staying here again, just to save myself the extra hardship in the future.

I pre-paid via Bookings.com, but the hotel double charged and also hit my credit card. I will say they were quick to refund the double payment, after I called them. They were very apologetic . But why this hassle in the first place? Why did they not show my Bookings.com payment?

No Fresh towels and bed change. I do not like that the hotels have stopped doing this. For $150 per night I expect this.

convenient location

We stayed for 3 nights. Due to staffing shortages, I guess, we could only get toilet paper and fresh towels when we called the front desk to ask for them. The staff responded promptly and with a smile. Our 2 small trash cans in our room filled up and we had to empty them into the smallish trash can at the end of the hall. Unfortunately, that trash can was full of other people’s garbage and was overflowing onto the floor. During the entire 3 days that we were there, no one ever emptied that trash cans.

The room smelled very c!ean when I walked in. I checked all areas closely and found it to be quite clean. I had a good night sleep and that is unusual with my back. The mattress was very comfortable. I liked the large shower head that were there and now I will get my own.

The front desk forgot to wake me up. The high price of breakfast items got me by surprise. There was nothing else I was disappointed in.

Very nice hotel. We enjoyed our stay. Pool was closed though and so the kids were extremely disappointed. Breakfast was served Covid style in to go bags but the selection was quite nice including a starbucks coffee. Some of the best hotel coffee we've ever had. Clean and pretty helpful. Pretty good location, about 20-25 minutes from the arch and sightseeing. Restaurants of all types close though so very convenient. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Pool closed. Probably the only negative for us.

Breakfast was not provided in the cost so we opted to go outside of the hotel. We did however love the comfort of the bed and linen. I also really liked that it had sliding glass doors and a small balcony. Nice look,

I was frustrated as I sent a few messages through the app and they never replied. I ended up having to call, and was put on hold for several minutes before I got to talk to someone.

pool water quality, was cloudy, I only swim in clear water. one of the key cards didn’t work, then when we were checking out bough keys didn’t work. i proper the door open with a cooler as I loaded my car.

Breakfast was fine for what it was. I should've just packed my own poptarts. Rooms we clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly.

The website said there was a fitness area. However, the website did not say the fitness area was closed. I would have chosen a different hotel.

The options were adequate. The server was not particularly friendly.

Most places have bowls of fruit and trays of yogurt and drinks are available for the guests. I understand that everything is being handed to the guest so guest do not contract Covid getms from another guest.
