Hampton Inn St. Louis - Westport

Great location if attending a show at the Hollywood Casino Amphitheater. There's a gas station and a Waffle House nearby, so we didn't have to wander around for anything.

I wish the breakfast area had been bigger and more well stocked. However, I do wonder if this will be the case since the hotel was mid-remodel

The room was clean and the A/C worked wonderful The parking was good and the noise level was excellent.

I had asked for an early room access on the original room E-Contract. I even reinforced the early access request personally at 10:30 in the morning at the Front Desk. I really needed to be in by 1:00pm. I was there when the Front Desk called Housekeeping with the request. I got in at 3:30. Very disappointing. Also, i reported a slow draining sink in the bathroom on the morning of Day two. No repairs.

It was clean & nice but small room.

No ice box in room or microwave I have never paid this much for a room & didn't have both in the room I was shocked to see there wasn't one. Nice room clean but high for price I've been in as good as rooms & never this high so expected a ice box & microwave .But did have a iron & ironing board . But price was crazy I just expected maybe a bigger room I've stayed I'm much cheaper had bigger room & both.

Easy to find and get to. Greeted as soon as we walked in the door to a very clean lobby.

Room doors were extremely heavy and our beds weren't made. The pillows and blankets were just tossed on the table not even folded.

It was close to the area where our event was.

Our “blind” was a piece of white paper crinkled up to look like a blind. It instantly had the room lit up by 3am in the morning when the sun came out. The ice machine was constantly out of ice and the elevators were rough.

The Hotel is in a great and safe location. It was peaceful and clean. Bed was super comfortable and do to Covid everything was kept extra clean and extra precautions taken. The breakfast even though it was limited was great still. They are under some major renovations which they need to let people know but other than that, this is definitely were I will stay on my return trip. The front desk staff, a very nice gentleman was very professional and gave my son treats while we were there!!

Need to let people know they are in the middle of making major renovations. The picture looks nothing like the Hotel. I think people do not need to be misled. Pictures are everything!!

I enjoyed it am I guess enjoyed it as well it was pretty good do not have no complaints it was all good

One or two of the staff could have been more helpful but other than that the stay was wonderful and the other staff was awesome

not enough handicap parking up front. I am disabled, and I had a park close to the back.

The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable

Breakfast could have been a little different, I don't eat pork so they could have had a meatless omelet option

Liked the big spacious double bed room. It's like a condo. Feels like home away from home in a way.

The laundry room wasn't good at all. It was nasty. The hot water wasn't the best but everything else was good.
