Crown Pointe Lodge; BW Signature Collection

The location was away from traffic so was relatively quiet. There wasn't a lot of light pollution either which helps with sleeping. Because it caters to the golf community, there weren't a lot of families which I liked for the quiet aspect.

The restaurant is nice but pricey. I'm 5'2 and nearly fell getting out of the shower as the tub side seemed unusually high. I will stay here again but will opt for the walk-in shower room.

Staff were excellent! They had excellent manners, and they genuinely care about everyone! There's customer service...then there's this! Different level! The rooms were extremely spacious and comfortable also.

Shame the hotel didn't do dinner. Would be 10/10 if so! I will return in the future

Breakfast was good. The rooms were cleaned well and beds were very comfortable.

The pool was freezing but other than that I have zero complaints. I'm guessing it's not heated. However , there was a hot tub so it worked out.

The rooms are nice and the staff are exceptionally nice. Espescially Mary who cooked our fantastic breakfast. She makes sure you get plenty for breakfast and greets you with the biggest smile every time. The lady at front desk, whose name we cant remember, was also very sweet and she made our granddaughter smile every time we walked by. Great place to stay. We will stay there again

It was too cold for me to play golf, although there were braver soles than me out there!

Nice and clean. Excellent staff. The room was quiet and the mattress was just right.

The elevator was broken. Not their fault but spare parts supply lines have broken down nationwide. We are seasoned citizens and the staff was able to put us on the first floor.

it was comfortable, the breakfast was hot and good. the staff were nice.

some of the rooms didn’t work right. I had to switch rooms twice because one the toilet wouldn’t flush and another the ac didn’t work right but they switched room with ease and understood where I was coming from. the lady was very helpful and put me in a room where everything worked.

Room was nice, quite , breakfast was nice, employees were friendly .

The hot tub wasn't hot the first day. And was dirty.

They serve a hot breakfast which is always a plus. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and met all of our needs.

The pool was shut down for the day due to circumstances beyond the control of hotel staff, but this was still disappointing.

it is located adjacent to a golf course. Came here to hike at Taum Sauk State Park. We were outside hiking most of the time, but the pool and the other amenities looked very nice. Breakfast was served each morning, and it was simple yet adequate.

No glaring complaints. it was a good value.

Nice pool & hot tub, clean comfortable room

The bathroom sink drained very slow, yuck, man at front desk said he would schedule someone to look at it but never fixed. The beds were hard for my body & breakfast was the same every morning. But there were choices
