Comfort Inn Festus-St Louis South

Was easy to get to from interstate. Staff was helpful when I needed them. Facilities were clean. Breakfast had a good selection and was tasty. Room was clean.

On my way out in the morning I asked housekeeping to please leave a couple of coffee bags in the room that day, and he handed me the coffee bags instead of just leaving them in the room for me. Not a big deal just a little inconvient I had to return to the room to take them there.

The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The staff was great. We stayed 4 nights and definitely needed more towels and toiletries and they brought them when I asked! It was also nice to take a hot shower or bath! In the lobby they have hot coffee or tea all day. That was a winner for me!

I was very sad they didn't have a full breakfast. They just had muffins that you had to get at the front desk. Obviously due to covid but there was a Hardee's right next door. I stayed at this hotel 3 years ago and their hot breakfast was delicious!

Breakfast? There were rolls, coffee and juice, but no hot breakfast. I was told that this service has been shuttered since COVID and will not reopen again until the "crisis" has passed. I stayed in several motels this last week and this was the only one that did not have breakfast. All the others were able to "restart" their breakfast offering. The night staff gave great recommendations for dinner suggestions

No real problems. Just disappointed about the "missing" breakfast.

Great location next to I-55, several restaurants within walking distance, plus some grocery stores just down the road. The bed was really comfortable and all the other amenities were fine; e.g. good wifi, clean room, mini-fridge, microwave, etc. They had a hot breakfast, but I didn't eat anything, however, the food looked good.

The breakfast was the standard fair or quick egg and bread selections with some fruit and cereal. The room was ok clean, but quiet which is what I wanted. The bed was comfortable.

The room could have been cleaner, and the linens weren't very large.

Stayed there a couple of times It was nice because we like the location. The people were very nice and friendly.

A couple of times they were out of items for the breakfast bar. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Comfy chair with ottoman. Good breakfast with hot food. Good working outlets for phones, tablets, hearing aid, mini pc. Good hvac unit. Comfy bed. Great bright lights. Good switches.

It was clean and the bed was comfy. I arrived an hour before check in an they gave me a room. And was very friendly.

Price a little high for not even 24 hours. But, was convenient.

Everything else was very nice and really enjoyed having coffee available at all times. The lemon drink was also very good.

The only thing we did not like was not being able to get clean towels.

The bed was perfect, the room was cozy and clean, the area was quiet. The receptionist was helpful and friendly.

The toilet was a little loud and the printer wasn’t working.
