Harrisonville Inn & Suites

The staff were really nice and the rooms were very comfortable. We were just stopping by for the night during a road trip and found this a great spot. It wasn't anything super special, but all of our needs were met and we couldn't beat the price!

If you are wanting to sleep in, just know that the sounds from the road were pretty loud starting around 7am. This was mostly due to the truckers getting back on the interstate.

This is a small owner/operator business. They do an excellent job at keeping it clean. The owner we worked with was very friendly. Our room was 2 queens and had plenty of extra room to move about the hotel room. We stayed as the price was less than every other hotel in the area and it was just as good as the other guys without a huge price tag. We needed a bed and we got that with personalized service. Support your local businesses when you can.

The layout of the property is inviting. The room I had was comfortable, very clean, and tastefully decorated. Staff was exceptionally helpful, friendly, accommodating, willing, knowledgeable and pleasant in their communication. Although located near the interstate, my room was remarkably quiet.

No breakfast, but it was due to COVID-19 restrictions. Towels could be fluffier. Stairs leading to the second floor of the second building are in need of repair.

it was one of the cheapest hotel around there. The bed was very comfortable. Reception staff was very friendly.

The bathroom floor was not too clean. The hair dryer was not working.

We booked late in the day, but the staff was pleasant and the room was clean and nice.

The only issue we had was that we had reserved a King Sz bed and upon arrival were told they had all been closed so we were switched to a dbl room instead.

We are now 2 years post Covid shutdowns but the lobby was still closed. Everywhere else is opened back up. They should either go back to providing continental breakfast or reduce their price.

Room was nice and large, bed was comfy. Staff at front desk were awesome.

Stairs need fixing. Large stains on carpet, please get some new towels they are worn out and new slip mat for tub.

The owner has done a great job of making updates and making the place nice. (While I was there they were replacing the roof. He's making the investment to have a long-term business here.) The room was clean and everything worked appropriately. There was no breakfast because of COVID but the breakfast area looked nice.

For a quick, one night stay, there was nothing I didn't like.

When we first pulled up to the hotel, we were not impressed and even considered going some place else to be honest. But when I went to check in, the front desk guy was so professional and polite. Our room was sparkling clean, bed was very very comfortable, and it was very quiet. Great shower pressure, tv, soft bedding, fridge and micro in room. Would stay here again for sure .
