Good price, friendly staff, clean facilities, kitchenette, desk, comfy beds, nice outdoor grassy areas for walking dogs, picnic areas, exercise room, wifi, free coffee, pet friendly. Great value for price.
I think my bed was missing a blanket. It had usual sheet set and then another thin, sheet-like cover on top of it. It did the trick but I got a little chilly.. Water was warm and pleasant but not as hot as I wanted. Not much offered for breakfast.

I did not like that the elevator button was broken and taped and I did not like the communication between staff regarding my ESA because when we checked in they knew my dog was ESA and said it was OK I tried to show them proof she didn’t need it but then when we checked out the lady acts like I did something wrong saying that I should’ve filled out a paper. I feel like the communication should’ve been better so I wasn’t treated as though I had done something wrong. Also the bed was extremely uncomfortable and we both woke up with a backache

The staff was great. We had a light that wasn't working and two very nice maintenance ladies arrived in moments and fixed it, plus gave us good recommendations for dinner. The bed was comfortable and the full size fridge with freezer was a bonus
The place was old and in need of a remodel. It was nearly impossible to regulate the temperature in the shower. It went from scalding to ice cold with nothing in between

They could have treated our service dog as the special dog rather than a pet. We should have the original room assigned rather than one on second floor away from everything.

The staff was so great and the room was really clean. We will be coming back. They immediately helped us with anything we needed. Even by the airport it was very quiet and although they were booked up the site was very nice.
