Holiday Inn Kansas City Airport, an IHG Hotel

The bed was super comfortable and the room was spotless. Bathroom was spacious with toiletries and also spotless!

I didn’t like having to pay for breakfast, which I didn’t feel was worth $16.75. Although there were a lot of options, the scrambled eggs were instant (and tasted instant) and the sausages looked boiled rather than pan cooked/grilled/fried. Maybe next time I stay here I’ll bring my own food for breakfast, or go out for breakfast to get real eggs for less money.

I liked that my boyfriend and I only had to travel about 9 mins to get to shopping center & restaurants.

We were really frustrated when it came to having to park so far down the parking lot due to events happening at the Expo Center which was next door to hotel. It sucked that the majority of the people at the convention center, weren’t staying at hotel (it seemed) which made people staying at hotel having to park at the end & having to walk so far to the hotel doors.

The room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I want to say a special thank you to Jennifer. She was so very sweet and helpful. She was like talking to an old friend. Every time we would leave for the day for site seeing she would tells us to have a great time. Jennifer would great us with a smile when we returned and ask if we had fun. It was very nice you could tell she was smiling from behind her COVID mask. It was a wonderful stay. The pool was nice. My son and granddaughter had a lot of fun swimming and playing in the pool. It was very nice to have a supply of towels in the pool room.

The hotel was fantastic. the only issues we had had were with Booking.com not communicating our reservation properly. Thankfully, we had hotel staff willing to honor what we paid for even though it wasn’t what booking.com sent to them. They also had a difficult time finding our reservation, because Booking.com put my first name as my last and Vice versa. I’d definitely stay at the hotel again. I’ll NEVER use booking.com for reservations again!

locations was great

went to the restaurant and waited for 30 min and never was waited on. I finally left and went down the road for pizza. there are several people who did this after they were told we were waiting and they helped others who came in after us

Breakfast was amazing! Will go back

Cleanliness of the beds. Wife had some of bites on her back and the bed could of had bed bugs. We didn’t think much of it until later down the road. Great hotel will stay again but might clean the sheets more and check for bed bugs

Everything. great staff, they made accommodations for our last minute hotel change and new who we were upon arrival and asked us about our concert. the bed was the most comfortable thing I’ve ever slept on.

Breakfast is not included in your stay

Property looks brand new, front desk clerk was courteous, welcoming, and friendly, bed and especially the pillows were comfortable, room was clean, no noticeable odor in the room considering the room is carpeted. I was pleasantly surprised with the complimentary breakfast. It was actually cooked to order. They were generous with the portions and the coffee. 12/10 will stay here again and recommend.

Maybe they could use more lighting in the parking lot.

The breakfast was very good and served promptly so we had time to eat before we needed to leave to catch our flight. The shuttle driver was professional and got us to the airport in good time.

Needed more hangers in the closet.

The staff were extremely friendly. I adopted a puppy from Kansas City, Missouri . I flew in on a Wednesday and flew out on Thursday. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was good, they had outdoor dining so my puppy could be with me while I ate . I would recommend this hotel ! I enjoyed the stay !
