Great hotel, great breakfast buffet.

Again issue with the price that I paid. Booked this at the same time that I booked the first stay with Booking.com and the price I as given is not the price that I was charged. Again hotel stated they could do nothing about it that I would have to go through Booking.com to dispute which I am working on now to get my money back. My recommendation is that if you are going to use a third party site to get bookings then you should honor the prices they give for the bookings or quit doing business with the third party.

Greeted with smiles from the front desk staff (Dearra & Jamie), along with efficient check in. Breakfast was very nice and plentiful, with Carmen keeping everything pickup and stocked. The housekeeping/maintenance team greeted us during the day, were very helpful...Thank you, Jamile for helping clean up my spill promptly for other guests' safety! Victor and Clara were doing great keeping the rooms clean and stocked. You team is greatly appreciated.

Morning of check out, showed Rina (front desk) a video of a loose floor tile in between door and bathroom. Rina said thank you for bringing it to her attention. She would report it to the maintenance staff for repair asap. Guests be helpful: take the time to let front desk staff know about things that need attention. Housekeeping doesn't have the luxury of time to take note of everything.

The staff was friendly. It was a reasonable price. The breakfast was pretty good.

The pool was closed for maintenance one of the nights we were there so my 8 year old son was cooped up in the room. I also thought the room would be cleaned each day, but wasn’t. Then as we were getting ready to leave the cleaning staff kept knocking on our door and even came in when we had told him we would be gone in about an hour. it was way before checkout too so we were surprised at his intrusion. I stepped on a Cheeto on the floor next to our bed and there was an Olive Garden mint in the fridge and an empty wrapper.

The breakfast was superb, the cooks did a great job! The location was awesome, everything I needed was just minutes away. The Staff was excellent, they were very helpful and they truly cared about my stay.

I stayed a week for my job assignment, and one day my room entry card did not work. I went to the desk and they responded quickly and I had a replacement card in less than a minute. Excellent service!

The size of the room was wonderful. Hot breakfast, the staff were friendly, helpful, & responsive. The shower heads both worked well & appeared clean. Pillows were comfy, bedding was comfortable & clean. Really well maintained room.

The walls are very thin. You could hear guests walking through the halls, vacuum either in hallway or neighboring room & even children in other rooms. Very noisy, but other than that, it was a great stay!

Helpful staff, very stylish and practical furnishings, comfortable mattress and bedding. A variety of selections for breakfast.

The first night of our stay about 5 hours into our stay we smelled cigarette smoke and that smell persisted through bedtime. We called the front desk and reported it. The curtains sheers did not give us privacy. In order to undress for bed we had to turn out all the lights. The regular curtain needs to be able to cover the entire window.

Great location for what we needed. Rooms were comfortable and clean with good ac. Breakfast had a large variety of items to choose from.

Vending machines were almost completely empty. The individual at the front desk in the morning appeared to not want to be there and was very off-putting.

Staff are efficient at the front desk, not a lot of waiting around to get checked in. Rooms are always as expected and the bed are comfortable with a great breakfast to start the day.

Sarah was awesome and extremely accommodating. She has a great personality and friendly. She was on top of everything. Everyone loved the fresh baked cookies every day! We couldn’t have asked for better service.

the ac/heat didn’t seem to work properly. had to keep adjusting it. wish there was a always on setting for the fan to run.
