Sleep Inn & Suites O'Fallon MO - Technology Drive

The staff was fantastic! helpful and friendly and very attentive and aware of everyone coming in and out of the hotel. our room was very clean, lots of nice pillows and bed was very comfortable. bathroom was well stocked with lots of towels.

The AC unit in our room was finicky. we were only going to be there for less the 24 hours. It was on us that we didn’t address the problem. But the pool was why we opted for this location and it was disappointing. the smell of mold/mildew quickly made me feel sick. My husband used to service pools and quickly realized the chemicals and pump was not being run properly. Mold and algae was building up along the edges of the pool and there hair, cigarette filters, and other debris floating on the pool water. So we quickly got out. Compared to the rest of the hotel, the pool was shockingly uncared for. I am hoping that they are in between staffing someone to manage the pool. it just didn’t compare to the rest of the. are given to the property…. but gross none the less.

Loved the food for the complimentary breakfast - scrambled eggs, sausage pattie’s, yogurt, pancakes, cereal, coffee, juices and milk. The staff were really friendly and efficient. I especially liked the layout of the room and the color of the accent wall. We had a pet room with two queen beds. The floor was a nice wood-looking laminate instead of carpeting, perfect for a pet room. the nights were quiet. And the BEST thing of all was the extreme comfort of the beds and pillows!

I prefer the sink and mirror being outside the bath/shower and toilet room so I can be drying my hair and putting on makeup while the bathroom is in use. This particular room was not set up that way.

Check in They said there was a $20 fee if we checked in before 3 o'clock. It was after one o'clock and she said the room was ready I don't understand that. When we asked for an extra blanket we were told they only have enough blankets for the beds in the hotel and did not have any extra. And I'm at another hotel in Branson and I see that they charge me $10 so I will have to call sleeping sleep in tomorrow morning and find out what the $10 is about. They only clean every 3 days. Nobody told me what to do with the trash we had nobody said how to get more towels nothing I will not stay there again

I’m not sure if I was just super exhausted from driving 13+ hours that day, but this was THE most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in ANY hotel! And the AC was nice and cold! I would personally pick this place over a Holiday Inn, the Embassy or any other higher-end hotels.

I think the restroom was the part that was just meeehhhh… it seemed a little dated. But that’s just me being super picky. Overall, it was a great stay.

Loved to me everything was good but the only problem was that some people near me was smoking it was very strong not good it was the only negative thing about the place they should have more control over it.

The place was nice big bathrooms it was clean yeees the breakfast berry delicious 10/10

We had a great experience, great staff, and the breakfast was awesome. also, the indoor pool was perfect on the rainy day we had for that Saturday for the kids.

Literally the only thing I can think I didn’t like was the water pressure for the shower.

When we walked into our hotel room, it was ice cold which was great. So many hotel rooms don't get cold enough. The beds were comfy and the pool area was clean, pool water was warm. Breakfast was good, hot food was plenty hot and there was some variety.

Everything was fine. Did hear some thumping and bumping from the room above us but that isn't the hotel's fault.

I didn't like the way my room smelled it had a musty smell and was warm when we first went in cause the window was open probably because of the smell . Had to get some air freshener a spary room.

Breakfast had plenty of variety. Plenty of vending machines in the building. On-site laundry.

My original room had a very strong musty smell. They did switch me with no issue though. The computer desk and lounging chair in the room were pretty small.

The location was great- seemed to be a safe area, right off the highway. The room was spacious and the air/heat worked well. The parking was easy/convenient.

The sign in the lobby states breakfast is from 6:30am to 9:30am. When my husband and I visted the breakfast area on Monday at 8:30am, there wasn't any. That was a let-down. The room was very clean, other than the bathtub. Unfortunately, there was quite a bit of hair in it from previous guest/s.
