The room was beautiful! Very cozy and well kept. The gym was very clean and had a great selection of equipment. It was nice having disposable wipes to wipe down when I was done rather than the usual spray bottle and towel. The breakfast was WONDERFUL with all of the different options and fresh fruit.

When setting up the sofa bed, there were a few pieces of popcorn and a sleeve of little “shooter” bottles (99proof Watermelon to be exact) under the couch. We picked it up and threw it away but it made me question how thorough the cleaning was when the sofa bed is used.

The property was very clean and actually, there were a lot of guests when we arrived at the hotel but the whole time you really couldn’t tell from the non amount of noise. The room we chose was a very comfortable room with the kitchen area/ lounge area. We have stayed here at least 3 times in the last 6 months and plan on being there again in the following month ahead. The location is ideal since all the restaurants/stores are conveniently located right by it.

The only thing that was a negative is the loud sound of the AC in the room when you turn it on.

Location was very nice. Not very busy even though it was off a very busy highway. Breakfast was good!

I brung my Nintendo Switch to play while vacationing, but the TV hookups didn't allow for me to play it without the volume being obnoxiously loud. If there was a way to bypass that small inconvenience, even if it included a fee of some sort, that would have made the experience even better in my opinion.

Loved the mini kitchen/living area. Extremely clean and accommodating. A cook top, dishwasher, small appliances, dishes... it was perfect

Only complaint would be the reservations department off site. They were not very friendly but once I reached someone at the front desk it was great.

The breakfast was delicious, the staff was very nice and accommodating. The room itself was very nice, clean and comfortable. It was close to the spirit of st louis airport which was nice for us as we flew in there. There was food within 10-15min.

The location was a little awkward to get to and from as you could only go one way on the main road. It was next to a mostly dead mall. Really there isn't a whole lot bad to say about this location if you actually want to be in chesterfield, ha!

Scenic area centrally located by shopping and dining and highway..

Breakfast was limited to few selections... Thought there would be wall separation in suite but no.

The rooms were not made up during my stay, perhaps because it's more of an aparthotel than a hotel

The rooms are big and comfortable. Brandon at the front desk is a treasure. When traveling alone, I feel like he has my back if I needed it.

The shower in 316 didn’t drain well. Other than that, flawless.

Honestly everything. I can’t say one negative thing about the Residence Inn. Very clean and homey and comfortable and I loved the little fire pit outside in the little lounge area!!

Hotel was clean, great location, and breakfast was amazing!
