Drury Plaza Hotel St. Louis Chesterfield

We loved EVERYTHING about this hotel! The bed was super comfortable, the breakfast was great, complimentary dinner and drinks were completely unexpected but a great bonus! The pool and hot tub area was nice! Very clean hotel. The staff were terrific! I wished I’d gotten their names. We frequent St. Louis often and will definitely be booking there again! 10 out 10, highly recommend! Free parking was a plus.

It was a bit of a drive to St Louis to catch the games we were there for, BUT, I knew that when booking the hotel.

We've stayed here multiple times throughout the years. Best part is the pool, which is both indoor and outdoor and the hot tub. It is my kids favorite pool of any hotel we've stayed in. We also really love the 5:30 Kickback which provides a full dinner for our family. Selection varies but always includes baked potato, salad, nachos and a soup with either pasta or nachos or grilled chicken wraps. They also offer drinks but we love the endless soda and popcorn. Breakfast is delicious. Waffles and pancakes, biscuit and gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage. The staff working the food area is always helpful and welcoming to our crew of kids. Hands down our favorite hotel in the St Louis area. We've stayed here so many times on visits to the Science Center, the St Louis Zoo and Magic House. It's a great location and we will be returning again soon.

There isn't really anything not to like. The pool could sometimes be warmer in colder months (it is indoor and outdoor) but even that isn't a real issue. This place is always a wonderful place to stay.

Breakfast was what I expect when a hotel offers this option. The dining area was very exceptional in the decor. Staff worked hard to keep area clean.

I felt that the check in was rushed. Another group was checking in at the same time and they received more information about the hotel that we were given. The bartender at dinner was a little short when I asked some questions, I felt uncomfortable requesting a drink from him. This was part of the information we didn’t receive when we arrived, this may be where the confusion occured.

it was very clean, spacious and comfortable rooms. the breakfast and evening reception was great! location was also great.

I don’t really have anything negative to day about the property. the only thing we didn’t like was that there were also like 3-4 traveling baseball teams and their families staying there. so the pool area was completely taken over. and they were tailgating in the parking lot with alcohol, loud music, had a grill set up, games, and took up quite a few parking spaces in the lot for it. Made it hard to enjoy the pool.

The Hotel was beautiful and I loved the amenities and the workers. I chose this hotel for a MOMCATION I spent the night away from the kiddos and did a self spa night. The room had a spa tub and a shower. I was in a king suite, so it also had a separate living room. This hotel also offers not only breakfast, but it give 3 complimentary drinks at the bar as well as a dinner buffet. Theres also a steak house attached if you dont want the dinner the provode. Safe location and close to many stores, restaurants and things to do. The hotel also has an indoor pool and workout room.

Nothing on them as a mom I wish I could of stayed longer to enjoy it longer. 😆

The mattress and pillows were so comfortable, best hotel sleep I've ever had. A real breakfast buffet provided. The only restaurant in walking distance of the hotel is a Cheesecake Factory which was really good.

This was my 1st time staying at a Drury hotel, didn't know that free evening "appetizers" and drinks were included. The 'appetizers" were cheap, cheap, cheap. Such poor quality I didn't bother using my free drink tickets. The hotel is located next to a dead mall. Pretty sad.

The staff were INCREDIBLE!!! Jim the driver was so helpful! All of the front desk employees were so kind, helpful, and accommodating. The kitchen staff asked how our day was, every day! Our housekeepers, Juan and Natalia were amazing! This facility was extremely clean and nice! The only place I would recommend! Every tourist attraction, restaurant, shopping facility, ALL very easy to get to from this location! Breakfast and happy hour food and drinks were wonderful! You won’t be disappointed!

Nothing negative to say!!

Amenities are great for families. Workout room is better than many hotels. Breakfast is good. Coffee and soft drinks are available all day. Light dinner and drinks are included with stay (this helped me with budgeting and planning). The pool is indoor and outdoor. There is a hot tub. We got a room that had a separate bedroom, which was just right as I traveled with my husband, daughter, and her friend. The drive to downtown STL and other areas like Grant’s Farm is not bad at all.

This is not the hotel’s fault, but the hotel shares a parking lot with a mall that is currently being bulldozed. When that gets fixed up, I’m sure the area will be even better. I am a little leery of using Booking. Temporarily, I had double the amount holding on my card. This is actually my second issue with Booking that involved finances. It may be better to just call the hotel to make reservations. As far as the actual stay, the only issue was the bartender. He kept referring to “free drinks” and “free food.” I don’t see those as free. I see them as included. Not a big deal, but tiresome after 3 nights of that. I am, in fact, a paying customer.

I wish I could remember names, but every single front desk staff during my stay was AMAZING. The MOD was great, the young lady who saw my statement online about it being our anniversary, and she gave us a gift in our room and a card and a cute lil towel cake! When we got there, everyone said Happy Anniversary!! We really enjoyed the surprise when we walked in our room!! The bartender on duty for happy hour time, was the sweetest! Thanks guys!

Amazing staff and spotlessly clean rooms. Loved having happy hour - very nice touch. Also really appreciated having a guest laundry - very useful. And the beds were incredibly comfortable!

Would have liked to know about the garage parking option, especially for the night it was pouring rain! We had a very nice fresh fruit salad at breakfast the first day of our stay - would have liked to had that again.
