upon arriving we were greeted by Daisy she was very nice and checked us in our room was nice and clean thanks to Ruth Ann we ended up staying a extra day and Daisy set us up

We were a bit disappointed in the breakfast first day it said we were to have cheese omelets there were no cheese omelets only some with pepper and onions, not good for someone who can't eat too spicey foods, the next morning there wasn't any sausage or omlets or potatoes we asked they said they were making more potatoes had onions and peeper in them wish they would have been on the side sausage came out it was good but we never saw any eggs didn't seem as if the workers cared

On our motorcycle trip from Richmond Virginia to the Grand Canyon and back, we have really lucked out on great places to stay and our night at the Comfort Inn Poplar Bluff was no exception! The staff is warm and welcoming. The lobby is tidy. Our room was spacious and clean. The pressure in the shower could have been a little better, but it was hot. Lots of TV channels were available. BEST beds and pillows! I don't think I moved all night, once my head hit that pillow. Best sleep ever. There's a generous free breakfast with eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, breads, muffins, oatmeal, cereals, juices. Also, check out the awesome restaurant right next door, Bread & Butter. It's within walking distance. Several other restaurants are also close by. If you are in this area and need to lay your head, look no further! 5 stars!

Love the property as well as the owner and management. But have a few complications as well as worries as far as the employment goes.

Well, some of the housekeeping employees were very off putting. They not only lingered about throughout there cleaning, which gave a creepy vibe and Erie feeling to say the least. But when I had left and came back, I had noticed my bags gone through and weren’t as I had left them. Couldn’t exactly tell or claim what had been taken or if I had anything missing of importance. But it really has changed my opinion of ever staying here again in the future.

Breakfast was okay. Always love the waffle maker and plenty of juice.

The omelet options weren't ideal. It is misleading to have the menu posted at the desk because it does make it sound way fancier than it was. I didn't like that the front desk clerk was also managing the breakfast because things weren't refilled or kept as fresh as they could have been.

Staff was friendly, room was clean, parking lot well lit. I felt safe as a woman traveling alone.

Breakfast wasn’t the best, but it wasn’t the worst either. I didn’t leave hungry and it was free. I have had better free breakfast at other hotels though. It wasn’t bad enough to go pay for breakfast elsewhere.

We’ve stayed here other times. It was clean, comfortable, good location, and a friendly staff like always. I chose it over all the others in PB.

I was a little put off that I checked availability and price on Wednesday night but it had gone up $13 when I booked it Thursday!! It was still available but cost more???!!!

The staff, their smiles and positive attitudes. Their dedication to help and make your stay comfortable. Oh and they let your pets stay too!!!

😁-Comfort Inn, is a great place to stay. Clean, comfortable, quiet. The staff was sweet, kind and very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. I did feel for the young lady at the front desk, because she wore many hats. But she kept up the breakfast bar for us, and know one had to wait long for service be it at the breakfast room or at the front desk. A big salute 👏 to the hotel staff for there hard work, continued smiles, and for their heart felt warmth in providing a home away from home. ❤❤ Oh, and to the young man at the desk in the afternoon love the smile, lol the room key help. You sir brightened my afternoon.

The overnight clerk was very friendly and courteous. The breakfast was hot and promptly ready as advertised. Overall satisfied with stay.

Check in was slow, room was not ready when we arrived, I was told it had NOT been cleaned yet. The rude lady at the front desk did not seem to know what she was doing, she said she would call to let me know when it was ready, she never called. Apparently the housekeeping staff was slow and well not too good. After waiting 2 hours, I went back and the gentleman who took over for her got us checked in promptly even though they were having difficulties with their computers. He was very courteous. The toilet in our room was not attached to the floor. Water pressure was low. Pool was closed. Elevator probably needs some maintenance.

Staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. Breakfast had enough choices. Pool was nice and refreshing and gym was great too. Location was perfect for me.

Hallways and stairways a little dirty.

There was one specific staff member that made our stay. Ms. Daisy who works at the front desk was so welcoming and so kind to us, she as well as other staff members always made us smile when we walked through the door!
