Fairfield Inn & Suites Rolla

Breakfast was good, a little crowded, and not enough forks to go around. Room was a little small, but designed to fit a lot in a little space. We were glad for the blackout curtains, exterior lights shined into the room at night without them! It was very close to our destination!

It was a little hard to find. Signage is small, and GPS took us around the block into a vacant parking lot for an office building and told us we had arrived, but no so! But then as we looked around, lost, then we saw what had to be the hotel on the left and were able to go back to the street and get there.

we were with a big group for our annual family vacation and the staff did not treat us to well we as like anywhere we go we’re very respectful and kept the area where we used clean we invited other family over to swim and was told they didn’t have a room so they couldn’t swim which we respected and told our guess they had to go then we heard another large group say they had a few guest that weren’t staying at this hotel but they allowed this group to swim also the pool was overly treated and bleached a black shirt brown and gave us headaches and made our throat burn

We stayed a couple of nights. Convenient to get to, right off the highway. We ended up in a handicap room which was okay. Hood thing my husband and I are both short as everything in there was ADA compliant. Nice to see. The bed was comfortable. Firm mattress and they offered both foam snd feather pillows. Breakfast was really good. They used cage-free eggs and offered scrambled, hard boiled and a cheese omelette. Also offered Chobani yogurts and of course the waffle and cereal stations. The parking lot is well lit and we felt safe the whole time. The hotel was quiet. We didn’t use the fitness room but it was very nice from what we could see. We would definitely stay here again.

The gentleman at the desk was awesome! When we had a problem he was quick to accommodate us.

The first room had such a strong clorox smell that we couldn't stand it. My eyes started burning. We called the gentleman at the desk and he found us another room. He even helped us carry some things to the new room. He was so kind and accommodating.

I had booked our stay in booking.com. I called the hotel to get info in where a few things were in the area. I was told since we were there for our sons basic graduation to have him show them his ID to save us money on our stay. When I got to the hotel I told the guy all That. He straight up lied to my face and said that’s not how military discount works . He’s the only one working there that knows how it works, too many new people . So I finish checking in . I looked up online the rules and such for the discount and it said you can use the ID. So I told lady on counter next morning and she said they basically met their quota for the month and can’t do it . She said she would ask manager but nothing ever came of it . You don’t lie to your customers when everything is online to research !!!

Traditional hot breakfast. Great customer service. Clean facilities. Bed comfortable. Best sleep.

The room was gorgeous. We were on i44 side so next day we moved to the back side of hotel. Staff and everything was very nice!,,,,,,BUT BUT

We had an emergency back in. IL so we had to leave quickly. When I went to check out, the room was like 190 instead of the 129 booking.com had .... we were so upset about the huge difference in prices but we were in such a hurry we just signed the paper. I’m from Rolla so I come down .... very upset about price difference. Joanna sexton

We had a king suite, which was roomy and clean and had modern fixtures. Compared to other properties in the area, I believe this was very nice for the price.

The exit off of the highway consists of two roundabouts. I found it difficult to navigate the correct road to get to the hotel. After circling the roundabouts twice, I ended up back on the highway and had to drive 4 miles to the next exit in order to make a u-turn and try again. The breakfast had several good hot and cold options, but I wish they would have offered biscuits and gravy!

We didn't have breakfast due to pandemic. We didn't think an open buffet was a good idea given the pandemic. Otherwise, the facilities and staff were excellent. It would have been nice to have a prepackaged breakfast.

I liked 👍 that l didn't have to drive far to get to places!

I would have loved a variety of food items for breakfast! The pull out bed wasn't comfortable at all.
