Red Roof Inn St. Robert - Leonard Wood

Check-in went well. Room and facility were clean. Rate was good. Two restaurants were directly across the street. Parking was free. Very good location, which was close to the Army Base we visited for our grandson’s graduation.

Free breakfast was not offered. Lighting in the room…especially the bathroom, was dim. Only shampoo and one bar of soap, and no Kleenex, were provided. Not sure if it was the water (softener) or the towels; but the towels didn’t seem to be very absorbent.

The staff were welcoming and the room was clean, well kept. Also all the appliances provided were in good working order. I would definitely recommend this facility for future travel plans.

I didn't have a problem with the place. Any issues that were there were minor and was actively being worked on while we were there.

Very conveniently located to a lot of cool stuff! Front desk was super friendly. Room decent. A few things were dated but you can see they are working on it...and I did see a pallet of fridges in the lobby, so they clearly are aware of what is still needed. The main thing I would say needs improvement is cleaning of the rooms...I walked around barefoot (as I was happy no carpet 😁) and my feet got so black! We were making coffee and spilled some water...when we wiped the desk it was nasty on the cloth...the floor was even worse. So dusting and floors and not being done. The rest of the room seemed to be clean...sheets were stark white and smelled fresh, tub was free of hair and grime, toilet clean, and lots of fresh clean towels and washcloths. Thanks for a nice stay.

Rates were good. My daughter's family stayed at Hampton Inn. I thought Red Roof was just as nice. Would choose Red Roof again. Was here in town for graduation of Grandson at Fort Leonardwood. Loved your community.

I like a softer bed. Can't please everyone. Tv had a no signal, but man came right away and got it going for us. I think that was due to last guest with controls on side of tv. No problem. No ice bucket but man located one shortly after tv fix.

I loved the friendly staff, the clean rooms, the comfortable bed and the kindness of the housekeeper.

Because of the pandemic the hot tubs and pools were closed, not the hotel's fault though so I understand. But,the air conditioner, it rattles in room 209..every time it kicked on it was loud,, it kept waking me up . .but other than that, it was a safe, clean, and great stay!

The gentleman at the desk was very professional, very personable and extremely accommodating. The room was very clean & comfortable. We got a great price from Booking.com. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Didnt have breakfast there. Route 66 restaurant and cricket barrel were right across the parking lot.

Everything was good, room, free bottled water at night, clean, room and lobby/coffee area. Friendly staff

Close to the Military Base

Had to keep requesting towels.. You do not get new towels, you must keep asking for clean towels

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The price is great

I have no complaints

The bedding was clean, comfy, and warm.

The bathroom needs minor repairs and new caulk around the tub and shower head. The toilet moved when I sat down.
