Best Western Montis Inn

I was surprised that there were too many things that I life because this is the cheapest value we paid for for a three nights stay. Our choicest has been limited since we have our havanese with us for the past two travels. Anyway, please see below: 1. The room was well lit and bright - we had a few rooms were its dark and gloomy with only a couple of lights 2. There were outlets everywhere whether it be on the wall or with the radio and lamp, etc - we have a few electronics, watches, phones, mini ipad so our family had more than enough 3. It room was also clean specially the bathroom which we are very particular with. The carpet has some stain and not sure if that was from pets in the past as well as slight carpet odor. We did not really mind. The room was close to the grassy area convenient for our pet's "bathroom" needs. :) 4. Really great value. 5. Good breakfast and warm. 6. Clear TV. Well, we had a couple where reception was not good and blurry. 7.Lobby/dining area was modern, sleek, and really well decorated. 8. 1 of the only 3 pet friendly accommodation in the area for a reasonable price. 9. Close to the Ft Leonardwood Military Base where we had to go for family and graduation day of our daughter. 10. Laudry amenities - I usually want to wash our stuff so when we get home I can just relax. :)

As I had mentioned, the carpet had a few stains and some mild oder. But we do have a pet, too. So, I guess that was the room suitable especially for us with a pet.

I only ate a couple muffins as I don't eat that early and we had to finish our trip home, but muffins were good. I have to walk with a cane and we were originally set up to use a second floor room, but when the hotel saw I was using a cane he gave me a 1st floor room.

Very Friendly Gentleman and staff ... The young man in office went above and beyond our expectations and his help was amazing.

The vending machine was empty but we had snacks so no big deal at all The beds close to the heating unit prolly should be moved over some so the heat doesn't kick off and on so much . Nothing bad at all We enjoyed our stay and will be back again in March

The breakfast was appetizing. Large continental breakfast variety. Motel was quiet and comfy. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Dollar General next door to purchase toiletries you could not travel on plane with.

Need a few benches outdoors to enjoy the beautiful landscaping.

The restaurant next door did not open till 6:30 a.m. and closes at 1:00 p.m. of course the hotel has no control over the restaurant next door. There was nothing I did not like about the hotel.

Breakfast was really good, lots of room in the dining area, plenty of time to go. The location was perfect, was nice and quiet even though it was very close to connecting highways. The room was very clean and comfortable. Parking was close and adequate for the amount of rooms. We had no issues.

The breakfast it's very delicious, clean room nice personal, the room it's very clean sheets, smell so delicate clean, towel very clean and smell very good, very clean all room, thank very much for good service.

Continue some all it's very nice and comfortable site.

Decent value. Staff was nice. Room was nice enough and HVAC worked great. Parking lot looks brand new.

Communication on cleaning did not exist. Entrance to motel is horrible (city problem) and confusing. No communication on breakfast. No refrigerator in room.

The people were friendly the breakfast was good and they always had coffee for us any time of the day.

Everything was good no bad points. We were here a couple months ago and made sure we booked the same place for our return visit.

Very clean . Shower was great. Microwave and refrigerator clean. TV worked great, not one of those streaming TVs, which I don't like.

A little difficulty when I first tried to get on wifi. Had to make a call, but figured it out quickly.
