Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Wentzville

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice and very helpful. I mistakenly booked the wrong date and needed to extend my stay by a night but they were very helpful and kept me in the same room. I’m definitely going to be back here when I do my MO trips. And it’s conveniently next to a Walmart and a bunch of food places.

The one little complaint I had was the drain in the bathroom sink did smell a little funky when the water was running. But other than that it was a great stay!

Super quiet hotel! Slept 9.5 hours with no interruptions. Perfect after a long workday and travel. This hotel was really clean as well. We had dinner at a locally owned restaurant next to the hotel. Great food and service! Will be returning to Wentzville for work and will rebook at the Fairfield Inn.

easy enough to find

carpet spotted with lots if stains in the halls. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke to the point we were having a histamine reaction and needed to take medicine. smell worse in the bathroom.

Very convenient to lots of shopping and restaurants. Good breakfast. Accommodating staff.

Poor quality tissues in the room. Coffee only available during breakfast hours.

We did not have but I appreciated that someone was serving the breakfast. Even after Covid you should consider continuing this practice. It’s healthier for everyone not to have hundreds of adult and children’s hands touching the food.

Notice the smell of cleaness in the room as soon as I open the door. Room was very clean. Nice size bathroom AnD bed was comfortable. Was nice to have a hot breakfast. They had it well organized for people's safety. Staff was very nice and friendly.

The only problem we had was they couldn't find our reservations. But nothing else.

The lady serving breakfast was kind and very helpful. The location was good too.

The lady at the front desk while I was checking in was not in a very good mood, and rather brisk/rude with me. My room also smelt like smoke, even though it was a non smoking room.

We were house hunting and trying to figure out the area and Ashley was very helpful. She was very helpful with getting us extra towels and stuff too.

Breakfast wasn't that great on day one because they were waiting on deliveries but the other days were great. There was a guy that came in off the street on day 2 and the police had to be called. Someone failed to lock the main door.

Everything was quick and easy. Staff was great. Room was clean and spacious.

A bit pricey for one night and on the website it said it didn't have certain rooms available but when I got there they did. Other than that everything was good.

Very clean, comfortable, and fair price. The bathroom was clean, the beds were clean. The whole room was well maintained, 5 star quality! So pleased with this night. Best stay out of our 5 night cross country trip.
