Very friendly staff and clean rooms and other facilities. Good breakfast. Had a vaxing room set up for xc skiers. There are no microwaves in the rooms, but stuff allowed me and my friends, who stayed in a room next to mine, access to the breakfast room, where we used microwave to warm up dinner and played table games. Breakfast room has a hand painted mural picturing a meal outdoor on western frontier.

Everything was good. Especially the price. Management and stuff provides did their best. This hotel is an excellent budget option in West Yellowstone.

The room I had was large, clean and well maintained. The layout was nice with two queen beds and a well organized bathroom area. There were plenty of electrical outlets and lighting was good. The location was great, easy walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants, plus very close to the west entrance of Yellowstone.

Breakfast was included, but fairly basic. No fresh fruit and lots of plastic waste. I mostly ate at the many nearby good breakfast restaurants. The breakfast offerings would be good for a family. I would have liked an assigned parking spot for my room. Most nights I had to park far from my room.

The location was perfect and the town of West Yellowstone was so cute! There was a lot of shopping close by and some good restaurants! We enjoyed the Bear and Wolf Discovery Center down the street and our 4 year old son was able to run around some to get rid of some energy after long days driving around the park. The room was clean and there wasn't much noise.

The metal stairs that were see-through were a little scary and our son wouldn't go up them without help. The room only had one close-by electrical outlet to charge our phones/computers at night, but we made it work.

Loved that after we did the sights in Yellowstone. If we needed to, we could walk to the grocery store and get some stuff for dinner. The hotel let us use the kitchenette to warm what we needed in the microwave. We were on a budget and we really didn't want to wait in long lines at a restaurant to have dinner. The hotel was in close to the shops and Museum. We did it all by walking.

The internet was good at the hotel but anywhere else it wasn't. We couldn't even make a phone call while out and about which was surprising considering all the tourists in the area.

Excellent location at the end of the main drag. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants. Only two minute drive from Yellowstone Park. Room was a good size, everything worked and it was comfortable. The included breakfast was the best I've had so far in America.

Although there was a good choice for breakfast the room itself where breakfast was offered was too small for the number of people using it. There only seemed to be one person managing and she looked run off her feet - though she was doing an excellent job.

Brandon Iron Inn was a nice place to stay in after long days of driving. It was perfect for resting. We didn't get to chill there much of our stay because of traveling but it was in a good location for us to reach our destinations. The breakfast was good! They had many food options and the food actually tasted good. The reception was also very helpful and nice. The Grizzly and Wolf Discovery Center is a few blocks away too.

We didn't know the hot tub was only open for two months during the winter. I was kinda looking forward to it.

The room was clean and cleaned every day, if we wanted. The hot breakfast had a large assortment of food and beverages. The inn is close to gas stations, restaurants, shopping, and the park entrance.

The refrigerator was too cold, at first. I turned it down and then the freezer section dripped water into my supplements (which ruined some of them). The hair dryer started smoking on our third day. We don’t consider these issues the fault of the inn.

It’s conveniently located within walking distance around town. The room was maintained clean and comfortable. We would prefer to have a microwave in the room. Not all rooms have them. There is also no breakfast served and will need to walk over to reception to avail of this or if you need hot coffee or tea. Beds and pillows are comfortable. We asked for additional ones and it was brought to our room promptly. Front desk girl was nice, although she could not make any changes to our request for our 2 rooms to be close to each other as it was booked through Booking.com Our rooms were on 1st and 3rd floors- widely separated that we had to drive our van around back to collect belongings and family members at check in and out. Thank goodness at least they have an elevator for the 3rd floor room.

Door lock for room seem inadequate especially 1st floor ones that is next to main street. No microwave in room. No breakfast in hotel. Thin walls, can hear neighbors and upstairs walking movements and bathroom noise from next rooms.

Breakfast was a good selection of foods. Room was good but we needed 1st floor and were on 2nd floor guess I should have requested in mobility assistance in reservation. We were 3 older ladies and lugging big suitcase up stairs was very difficult since no elevator. Parking was ok but since it had rained you needed to fill pot holes in back we had no idea if they were deep or not.

Trying to carry luggage up stairs.
