Fairfield Inn & Suites Las Vegas Northwest

Everything was great, very clean and obvious that covid protocols were being practiced.

My only slightly negative issue was that whenever I'd walk through the lobby, a front desk staff member would make a point to stop and ask me what room I was in. I can see that it might be done for safety issues. But it made me very uncomfortable. I was traveling alone with my dog. It made me uncomfortable in that they would stop their conversation with another customer and loudly to get my attention, ask what room I was in. I didn't think it was appropriate to require me to announce what room I'm in, in front of strangers. That kind of cancels out the idea that this is for safety concerns. It made me feel unsafe. I would just like to see this handled a little more discreetly.

Breakfast was fine, like all hotels with buffet meals. The location is good. Away from the madness of the strip and close to family.

You could hear all the noise from the hallway and rooms that were close by. The beds are super soft, would like something a little firmer.

Breakfast and location was perfect to get fast food and groceries near the area in a quick short manner.

My rooms weren't connected and I requested to reserve them connected

The location was great and quiet, bed was comfortable and got some good rest. Room was dark enough as well.

The breakfast wasn't very fulfilling but good enough for a temporary fill. Walls were thin and not completely sound proof. Heard everything from music playing to people conversating in the hall way. Also the ice machine being filled was loud! Vending machines in every floor would be great too. Staff was nice but the front desk in the mornings was vacant for short periods of time.

This was a great clean place to stay. They were a pleasant distance from Las Vegas, not too far, but not right in it. It was comfortable and nice.

Staff was friendly, helpful and competent. Would stay here again and/or refer a friend.

Only cons were the room next door was loud the second night and the parking was a little crowded.

Our greeting on arrival was very disappointing. She was politely rude.

Away from the craziness of downtown and the strip. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Easy access to the freeway

Very clean, quiet and convenient location for visiting our relatives on the northwest side of Vegas. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Kind of pricey, small pool, breakfast so/so.

It was nice and clean, check in was quick and easy, so was check out.

The only thing I didn't like was that I booked a king room with a pullout bed and they didn't give me what I booked.
