It's quite close to Las Vegas blv, but in a quiet location. Although our room was on the road side, we barely could hear anything. In a trip for about 3 weeks, this was the best option! When we were heading to our room, staff was cleaning the corridor to the rooms and spraying some nice perfume, that we could felt it everyday. Breakfast had a lot of option and staff was always looking to have everything refilled properly. We have decided to extend our stay, and asked at the reception to extend it. Apparently it needed to go over booking.com. On the second day it appeared there was some lack of communication between the booking.com and the hotel, but the staff managed to renew my stay there with a lot of professionalism and sympathy. One of the very best experiences.

We found a tinny sex toy under the sofa at the room. Something that is not good to see if not yours, and we got rid of it. Certainly the only thing that may have been missed by the staff, that does not bothered our stay.

The location is super, the rooms were clean, and nice comfortable beds and ill ask for room 509 every time I stay, surely I'll pick this place for my Vegas trips. Breakfast was nice and well stocked.

The only problem we had was that the front desk clerks were a lil unfriendly, bald guy at check-in was very nice and attentive. However, we had an issue with the elevator not working and we were going to simply take the stairs, the clerk at that time (manager) we were told, went queen on us after making him aware of the issue and waiting for him to tell us where the stairs were, he treated us as if we were being rude when it was a simple question. Thank God the bald guy handle the suggestion along with another worker. It seems he was just in a bad mood that day. I will say friendly desk workers would make this the best place to stay if you're not into the nightlife and noise.

This hotel is cheap and cheerful. It's cheaper than a strip hotel and also includes a free shuttle service running until 19.30 to the strip. Offering a drop off and pick up. We were able to really explore many of the strip hotels from here - for late night gambling we were able to get a $10 Uber ride back which wasn't bad at all. The free breakfast included was nice enough. Gym and laundry facilities are easily accessible. Nothing fancy at this place but the room was clean and spacious with friendly staff. We mainly benefited by using this as our base to explore off strip stuff such as the Grand Canyon helicopter tour and Fremont Street.

No free parking. If you'd prefer a fully immersive experience then stay at a strip hotel and pay the extra costs. We split our stay between here and the Palazzo. Very happy doing it this way!

The room was huge and clean. The location is ideal when you have to visit the Allegiant Stadium. The Strip is close too. The staff was nice and helpful. Very good free wi-fi connection.

I asked for foam pillows because of feather allergies several days before my trip. I did not receive any answer to my message so I had to ask again upon arrival. I was eventually given some featherless pillows but the check-in would have been a bit smoother if the question had been handled beforehand.

We were there for a concert at the Allegiant Stadium and Home2 Suites was nearby which made it convenient. The breakfast was good. Facilities were clean.

Personally, I don’t love that the bathroom has those sliding barn doors. It doesn’t close off the entire bathroom from the room - there was a gap. Some of the fixtures in the room could’ve also been replaced, like the damaged lamp shade. There was also a little bit of a smell in the room.

This hotel is exactly what you when travelling to Vegas with a small family, just walking distance to T-Mobile arena & the Allegiant Stadium, parking is $10 each day which I'm happy to pay. Rooms are great! Breakfast was great too.

Just a few small things: - More baby highchairs would be nice for breakfast - I did find sometime breakfast was very crowded - The shelve in our shower was broke so had to info reception about that.

Breakfast was fine, all the products were always there. The little pool was enjoyable in the July heat. The free shuttle service to the city center was a nice benefit. The room and everything was very clean.

The only downside was that we had to use plastic knives and forks, and spoons for the breakfast. It felt kind of awkward taking into account that everything else was exceptional. Anyways, not a big problem since we had normal kitchenware in our room and we could bring it to breakfast.

The place is within walking distance of the allegiant stadium which made it a great location for our concert, specially when it ended and we could walk to our hotel when everyone was waiting for Ubers.

Breakfast is the same everyday, wish they mixed it up a bit, WiFi would randomly disconnect and you had to log back in which was a bit annoying but not much.

Great hotel. Great breakfast. Very helpful staff. Lovely and clean. Very comfy beds. All in all I would recommend this hotel. Just a pity its such a long walk from the strip. Shuttle bus is very handy, when/if it's available. Would be great if last bus back to hotel from the strip was a little later than 22.30.

I have much appreciation for hotels that advertise as "pet friendly" and actually accept CATS! THANK YOU!! I was moving across country and needed somewhere to sleep between driving. Not vacation, strictly utilitarian. Much appreciation!
