The best part of the experience were the high floor views. The combination of mountain views during the day and Vegas nightlife after dark really were amazing. The unit lives like an upscale apartment, not a hotel room. This unit has several advantages relative to a standard hotel room, such as a refrigerator, washer and dryer and plenty of room to spread out. Having access to the Palms Casino and Resort's amenities were a big plus too. Some of the little things made the stay even more enjoyable, such as express elevators to the high floors and abundant, free parking in the garage. If you are looking for a memorable close-to-the-strip stay in Vegas, this is it. Justin is a thoughtful and caring host, with service that shines from the time the reservation is booked all the way through the whole stay.

A wonderful view from the balcony compensates for the shortcomings in other areas. Large, comfortable apartment, a very comfortable bed, and free parking.

Kitchen equipment poor. The dishwasher is not doing its job and needs to be replaced. Poor lighting and the lack of an appropriate number of fixtures make the apartment too dark in the evening. This situation is made worse by the lack of working bulbs in the standing lamps, which are there but do not work.

Honestly the pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s huge and the views are incredible. Everything felt brand new and luxurious. Check-in was easy, just like a hotel. Free valet parking. Awesome pool. Nice rain shower and bathtub. Easy drive to the strip.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The room was fantastic, offering great accommodations and a stunning view. The host was extremely responsive and made my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.

No problem with property

The view! Even without the balcony access was beautiful, day and night! The tub was complete bliss. The kitchen was the perfect size and the extra half bath was wonderful as well! Since we are local we Can't wait to stay again! Would love to see a good thunderstorm from that view!

Hated the locked balcony door. Hotel policy I guess. Next time I will need to direct book with an owner here to get this feature restored. Views are still out of this world even behind the glass.

The Property was nice.

My only issue was that the Fireplace did not work. A worker came to repair it and said that he could not and someone would be out the following day…that never happened. And of course, I wish I could go on the balcony…however I was aware that I would not be able to.

Excellent views with Partial Las Vegas on Westside.

Need might be an extra chairs for big families. Suggestions should have an extra Big Joe Bean Bag just in case would have extra seat asides from the Couch 🛋 😉. The huge refrigerator was awesome but have an slowest iced cube making issue.

Looked just like the photos was very nice!! Views were great. Easy pickup and drop off for Uber.

no access to the balcony which was not listed in ad and therefore was very upsetting. Limited kitchenware if decide to cook.

Great property with absolutely beautiful views of both the city and the mountains. Spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again.
