I am so glad that we made our stay here. This is the best deal in town, trust me you will not find anything better then it in this price. The stay was very comfortable they allow us an early check in. The staff was very humble. The facilities were up to the mark. Location was great as there were many restaurants and a 7/11 very close. Bus Stop was on a walking distance. Swimming Pool and HOT TUB were great. The had a gaming room with Billiard Table in it. GYM was very good too. I am very much satisfied with my stay and will highly recommend. The free Shuttle takes you to Strip which is like a jackpot.

Nothing.

Wonderfully clean rooms, LOVED the laundry in our own private suite! Loved the kitchen, great utensils, it was so nice to be able to cook for the family while we were in Las Vegas! The pool and hottub were spectacular and were open late, which was wonderful - so many pools on the strip have 6pm closing times! We stayed twice at this hotel, had different rooms each time, but both rooms had a little private balcony, and that was fantastic as well. There are tons of food stores close by (by car) and it looks like coffee shops nearby as well.

One of the rooms smelled very chemically, but we figured it was maybe some sort of bug spray.

When I arrived, parking was easy to find right in the front. Unfortunately, it took a little while because other guests were waiting. I got checked in and went to my suite. I was given a suite close to the parking lot, which was perfect since we planned to stay for over a week and had an SUV full of things. Overall the place was clean; however, some of the furniture was dirty, and the carpet was filthy. When I walked in, I noticed a smell of cigarette smoke, but I figured it was possibly from outside. Yet, the longer I stayed in the room, I started to feel congested with a bad headache. Overnight, the I got worse, and the smell got stronger. I reported the problem to the front desk. They sent security around to make sure no one was smoking outside. I explained that my laundry room smelled like someone was sitting inside smoking when the doors were closed. The smell was potent. I can only predict that someone was smoking in an adjacent room, and their cigarette smoke was coming through my vents. By morning my eyes were bloodshot red, and my head was pounding. After that horrible night of almost no sleep, I requested to be moved. My request was fulfilled. However, the room I was given was a safety hazard for my special needs child. Without any more rooms available, I had to check out, and that was the end of our stay. I would stay there again because the room and property exceeded my expectations. I like that after a specific time at night; the gates are secured with security on the property. Unfortunately, the rudeness of another guest ruined my stay.

Very comfortable condo-like living with cooking supplies, which we preferred. Surprised with and enjoyed evening shuttle service to/from Strip with excellent, punctual driver, saving us from driving and parking fees. Front desk staff was more than pleasant to work with - Bravo! Centralized location for our appointments (UNLV, apartment hunting, the Strip). Secured gate entry after hours a bonus.

Very quiet corner unit except for heating unit noisy when operating, occasional other guests inconsiderate when coming/going but it's LV. Housekeeping could have been a bit more detailed in bathroom; (plastic body soap wrapper piece in shower drain, floor corners beneath sink had leftover debris as did dining room chair having dried rice bits on cushions.

To be honest, our experience was so good that I am genuinely not sure whether there was some mistake along the way. The price we paid was (by Vegas' standards) very competitive indeed and we therefore weren't really expecting what we got; we had two big bedrooms, a good sized kitchen and a nice living room. Throw in two really nice bathrooms and, well, we felt that we basically got the best possible deal imaginable. Would we go back? Absolutely, we'd go back tomorrow if we could....

The weather was very hot. That, however, can't be laid at the feet of the hotel! It's literally the only thing that wasn't 100 per cent perfect.....

The spacius of the appartment was HUGE. You get so much room for the same money when you rent a hotel room on the strip. Basically all facilities you need in a house is in the appartment. Much more than an average hotel room or other appartments Also the hotel brings you with a free shuttle bus to the strip and picks you up (almost every hour). Swimming pool was big (2 of them)

You had two TV's, but 50% of the channels had lag during the week we stayed (on both TV's). We had to use our own phone to watch a movie because of all the lag thats on the TV. A maintenance guy came to our appartment and he said thats probally due to the cable, but it wasnt fixed during the week we stayed.

This two bedroom two bathroom apartment was roomy clean and comfortable. We were on the second floor with a spacious balcony with view of trees and flowers. The grounds and pool area were beautiful and well maintained. Overall the complex was very quiet and there was plenty of free parking and even covered parking. It was in a nice part of town with easy access to stores and shops and nice places to dine. There were casinos just a few minutes up the road and they have a free shuttle to get to the strip. If you wanted to stay home you could prepare food in a fully equipped kitchen and eat in the formal dining room, or on the outdoor table on the balcony or there are even tv trays to eat while watching your favorite show on your choice of three large screen TVs! enjoy!

I liked everything here--the thermostat was preset to only drop to 70 which I thought might be a problem but was not as it was plenty cool at night and this is not a humid climate whereas Florida I would need a lower setting--they have a security gate that is operated by your room key starting at 5pm--sometimes people would wait until I opened the gate for them and go in and then I would follow but I think it was just friends visiting or maybe they forgot their key as this complex was family oriented and upscale and quiet.

It turned out being a dream come true. I've always wanted to live in exactly what I got. Doors were wide enough for my wheelchair. The second bedroom suite had a spa tub that also was set up for a disabled person like me. The place was huge. Not one but two walk in closets. Full size washer/ dryer, plus iron and board. Full size fridge, dishwasher, stove, microwave and coffee maker. Kitchen was fully stocked. There was a blender. A full drawer of sharpened knives. Baking, roasting and casserole dishes and a bunch of pans. There was a private patio with large table and chairs. Three TVs. I could go on. But you won't believe that it was only $100 for all that for one night. Oh, and the water was always hot when you needed it. I'll be coming back!

The only thing I wasn't over the moon about was the washer and dryer were noisy.

The suite had lots of space, full kitchen, washer and dryer, etc. and was very clean. Parking was close (and had options to park under a cover to keep your vehicle out of the sun). There were very nice pools and hot tubs outdoors. The shuttle to the strip was handy and saved us some money from always having to take a taxi. We needed an emergency repair on our car and the resort was in a good location with some repair shops the next block. Staff were very nice and helpful. We liked that the resort was gated and we felt safe staying here. Easy to pop onto the 215 to head to Hoover Dam, etc. Also easy to navigate to the West side of Vegas and Red Rock Park, etc.

Our room overlooked a dumpster (which was located at an apartment building located next to the resort), not much the hotel can do about it but it wasn’t nice to have the binds open (not a deal breaker but a negative). Other rooms likely would not see this, it was just in front of our suite. Cannot think of anything else that we did not like.

I enjoyed a lot staying at this hotel. The apartment was huge. Each building has 6 apartments, all equipped with balconies. It had a primary bathroom with a large bathtub. Separately, there was a small bathroom with a toilet and another laundry room with a washing machine and a drier. The washing machine and the drier were free of charge. You didn't need coins to be able to wash. The hotel provided an unscented laundry detergent for one-time use, which was greatly appreciated. The kitchen was large and well-equipped. It had a toaster, blender, and coffee filter machine. They also provided coffee and tea for the days I was there. Outside there was a nice yard, immaculate, with parking facilities. The pool area was clean and large enough. There was a space where people could make a grill. There were two jacuzzis with timers: a small round one and a large one with an artificial cascade. The pool is heated, but the water is not extra hot. It is comfortable if you swim and move around. Otherwise, it gets a bit cold. The jacuzzis were a great touch, and I felt very relaxed and good. It is an excellent place for families and kids since there is no casino, and people can enjoy quiet family time. The staff was accommodating. I could not connect to the internet initially, and they helped with that. The internet was high-speed, and I could use it, although I was far from the reception. The staff also helped keep my luggage after I checked out, which was greatly appreciated because I could not take it with me.

Nothing, I even enjoyed the fact that it is a 15 min drive from the center (the main Las Vegas boulevard). It was very quiet!
