Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Manchester - Airport, an IHG Hotel

Hotel front desk staff was super nice and inviting. We had the King Suite, and for two people it was more than enough room/space. Room was very clean. Included breakfast was great, eggs, sausage, muffins, cereal, juice, etc. Compared to other hotels where things are prepackaged because of Covid, this hotel had an ample help-yourself breakfast with a large enough space to sit and relax and enjoy.

Daily maid service would have been great, but because of Covid restrictions that service was suspended.

The staff was very helpful and nice, location was great, as well as the breakfast, the room was very clean and accommodating for people with disabilities that use a wheelchair. There was even a shower bench in the bathroom so my husband could take a shower. Wifi was easy to connect to.

I know this sounds silly but i thought the sink in the kitchenette was too tiny but i guess it allowed for more counter space. I have never seen such a tiny sink.

Easy location right off the highway with stores nearby. Very clean room and comfortable beds. Little microwave and mini fridge in the room helped with warming up leftovers and keeping cold drinks on hand Nice little soap and shampoo dispenser in the shower made it easy for my kids. I didn’t even pull out ours from home because the quality was so nice. We now have a similar one in our home it worked so well. Thank you!

Due to corona housekeeping didn’t come in and we had to leave trash outside our room The pool was closed due to corona which was a bummer but we understood. The ice maker on our floor didn’t work so we had to go another floor The free breakfast advertised ending up being a grab and go granola bar and yogurt. Again I understand because of corona things have changed but that’s a snack not a breakfast. I include that kind of thing in my budget and was frustrated. They offered sandwiches from their little store but didn’t have enough for our crew. We went to the grocery store to get some food and went out to eat instead.

The breakfast had a good variety or items, the food was hot and replenished often. The area was very clean also

I was charged $20 when I got there but I cant remember why and it was to be refunded but it's been a month and the $20 is still pending on my account and hasn't been reimbursed

Great location and reasonable pricing

Ran out of some items for breakfast. Booked 2 rooms together well in advance did not appreciate them being far so far apart. There was no extra roll of toilet paper avaliable our room was missing body wash but other family room had it. Hot tub was not warm just pool with jets.

Thanks for letting me check out at 1pm instead of 11am. This allowed me to run the race I was in NH for and then return to my room and shower before driving home.

Water bottles purchased from the office were a little pricey at $3 each.

That they have a hot tub and pool! Rooms are very clean good breakfast but get there early or some stuff is gone especially bacon! Staff was AMAZINGLY nice and helpful!!

The pool was a little cold and kind of dirty looking for how nice the hotel is and how much it costs! Also the elevator was a little slow! But glad they had one!

the staff was great.very friendly and helped us out with everything we needed. they went out of their way to check and make sure we had something to eat at breakfast because we eat kosher food.

the room next door to us had music on extremely loud even after 22 pm.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided restaurant suggestions and were able to help with easy directions to navigate the area. Staff was also very quick to accommodate the request we had for additional items.

For the money witch is about 20 bucks more than others cheaper hotels, its definitely worth it. Room are big, clean, and have what you need and want. I will definitely stay again and I will recommend to others.

The only complaint that I have at all and its not totally their fault, well I guess they could do more, is the continental breakfast. It was basically a brown bag deal with oj drink, yogurt, and fruit bar. Yaaa I dont like fruit. But I'm picky and it asked what I didn't like.
