Personal was perfect, sweet as can be. As for the room, (a returning guest), all was as expected; roomy, clean and quite relaxing. Bed and pillow were a little firm for my liking, but overall, reasonably good. When the price is so low, you have to expect certains concessions. Our stay at your place was part of a good vacation, once again.
Nothing really bad to say. Firmness of the pillows and mattress were the only things that could have been a little softer to my personal taste, but we managed to get good sleep anyway. So it was not sooooo bad.

It was a good size room, hair dryer, iron etc. It had a coffer pot and mircowave, Beds were good, towel surply good. Best part was the person in charge DORIS. She was the kindest, sweetest person. She made our stay.

The location was incredible. My wife and I spent the evening at Canobie Lake Park. The ability to just drive down the street and go to bed was terrific.
The room cost was a bit much . Though the location was great it could have been a little more affordable.

Looking for place to stay, no frills But clean comfortable, quiet, & allows pets . For the money can’t beat it. Have stayed here many times & would recommend to others. For me personally not hanging out in room, just need place to keep my belongings safe, be able to take a hot shower & a clean bed at end of the night. I haven’t been able to find a place that can beat the prices Red Roof offers & No paying ahead of time, pay when you check in & can cancel up to day of stay with no penalties!
I can’t think of anything, that I didn’t like.

I was there for 2 weeks. And not.once did housekeeping clean my room. And one young lady working the desk,acted like she didn't want me to bring my dirty towels to get new ones..

Loved the location. So peaceful and beautiful! Loved the beautiful autumn arrangement out front with pumpkins and scarecrows.
