Best Western Bordentown Inn

Terri was exceptionally helpful, fulfilling our request to have adjoining rooms. Everyone was so pleasant and greeted us making us feel welcome. The breakfast staff made wonderful waffles for most of our group. We loved the larger refrigerators, plus a microwave. I highly recommend this facility for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Even though it was summer, I wish we had had an extra blanket.

Housekeeper are sweet to support my wife and myself to move to new room to meet my wife’s wheelchair accessible room from regular room to give more space for my wife’s needs

I am very disappointed with one of make front office staff refuses to help me to move to wheelchair accessible room He kept saying that I do not understand what I write on note He seems have literacy problem on writing He kept saying that He prefer to have someone to speak with him instead of writing on note I finally told one of woman housekeeper to tell him off to move to wheelchair accessible room instead of regular room It needs improvement on communication with deaf people

Floors and bathroom clean. Beds where comfortable My daughter enjoyed the shower bathed 2 nights in a row and she does not like showers.

The outside upstairs lights turned on and off randomly after dark. The pillows provided where square 8in by 8in. Adequate I guess but felt odd on a queen size bed Desk light did not work. But did not need it anyway Due to covid pool was closed Due to covid no breakfast The one staircase on the south side of the building was odd... i had to go DOWN a set of stairs to go UP to the 2nd floor still a little confused on that.

Everything was great except the pool was closed and a huge let down.

My kids & I were very, very disappointed because the pool was not in service. I specifically search for rooms with pools for hours. My stay was good but I would have choosen another hotel if I knew the pool was not open bc this was the main thing I wanted. They never posted on their site that the pool was closed and they did not compensate us for their misinformation.

the rooms were updated and very clean. all the furnishings etc looked new and were modern - the outside could use an update but don’t let it deceive you. pleasantly surprised

breakfast was lacking. had no butter - so nothing to get in the nooks and crannies of my English muffin. limited fruit choices. would be nice to see nondairy options for cereal and coffee (oat milk would have been great). Ended up going to Starbucks for breakfast the second day.

The rooms were newly renovated which was great. Beds were very comfy. AC felt amazing during the heat wave. Breakfast was as good as free breakfast could be (not the best though.) Staff was super friendly and helpful.

Booking during a heatwave, I was excited to swim. Upon arrival, I overheard that the pool was closed for renovations which I was unaware of. Part of the reason I booked the hotel was for the pool so that was a drag.

Laundry machines are outside so I felt I had to guard my clothes the whole time & it was 5 dollars in quarters per wash and dry!!! 1 dry cycle didn’t dry my clothes and I had no more quarters so I had to use my ac unit and fan to finish drying my clothes.

Staff was amazing! To Start the General Manager Jason if I remember correctly was a SUPER nice man. He made sure we had everything we needed to make our stay more than comfortable. We felt at home and as we were amongst family. Room was clean and beds were super comfy. The rest of the staff I Encounter were nice as well but I must place Emphasis on the Manager Jason. I saw him cleaning rooms which you never see from GM’s he was awesome. Oh and sheets were white and that’s a plus in our book. We are use to the Hilton but we will definitely be staying here when visiting 6 flags again. Also price was fair.

The breakfast was very good. Pamela was very nice and did a wonderful job with bring the food out and keeping everything clean. She was great especially to be working by herself she had a positive attitude.

I wish they had a hot tub by the pool.

It was a nice place to stay. The rooms were very nice! Clean linens and easy access to the parking lot to get luggage. The manager was nice and the staff was helpful. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and perfect for what we needed. Main building is under renovation just fyi so pool not yet available. The WaWa next store is VERY convenient because you can just walk there-who knew! The WaWa had breakfast sandwiches and grocery items, etc. All in all for our one night stay was reasonable and just what we needed.
