nice room, nice shower, nice linens

the shower doors don’t stay completely closed and it leaks, the vanity with the sink could be nicer, it’s odd to look to the left to see the tv on the side of the set up instead of straight ahead of the bed, The draperies were ripped at the center and should’ve been fixed, it’s obvious that you are catering to the young children with the buffet in the mornings that is set up like a school cafeteria-yuck

The food was as expected for a Courtyard bistro. The staff were really nice, and food was brought out quickly. I really like the front desk staff- they helped us at every turn from directions to restaurant choices to dealing with a noise issue.

We had a noisy neighbor, but the problem was immediately rectified by the staff who couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. We were in the area for a family emergency and needed peace and quiet.

Breakfast buffet was a pure rip off $14.00/pp( 4 adults) for a free continental breakfast given at many lower level type hotels/motels for free. The food was luke warm and the pork sausage links were like eating slim jims. Very disappointing to all of us.

The breakfast should be included as complimentary .

It was suppose to be complimentary but wasn’t and was told only complimentary if you purchase a sesame package. However on booking.com said free breakfast and I called a week before my trip and they said I had free breakfast but nope. Everything thing else was terrific. Nice ppl and had a great room.

It’s the BEST shower I have ever used in a hotel. As a matter of fact my 15 year old teenage son showered 2x because he liked it so much! Room was spacious, beds were clean and comfortable. Even the pull out sofa was comfortable!

excellent quiet location convenient to restaurants, sesame, and shopping. room and bed clean , comfortable and quiet. shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. note a new feature, you have to turn on the refrigerator… a small button inside bottom right. k-cup coffee maker with 4 cup supplies incl coffee.

Very close to Sesame Place and the mall and the property is quiet.

The bar closed early because an employee didn’t show up. This was my family’s first trip since Covid and my husband and I would’ve loved to have gotten a drink.

The staff was very friendly.

I reqested connecting rooms prior to my arrival. I received an email message stating that my request was granted. However, when I arrived I was told the best they could do was to put me on the same floor. A staff member eventually came and was able to rectify the situation.

the room was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. the kids enjoyed the pool and mom and dad enjoyed a drink from the bistro while they swam.

no complimentary coffee. my coffee maker in my room was not working. the first thing I want is coffee I shouldn’t have to pay for coffee. that’s really my only complaint.

It was a very nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable bed. The room was a good size.

I went for a weekend get away and there was a wedding party above me who made noise all night long. So it wasn’t as quiet as I was hoping. I also requested a tub but not sure if they have them. A bath would of been nice.
