Holiday Inn Express Bordentown - Trenton South, an IHG Hotel

Loved the large, clean room. So comfy and cool. Bedding and towels were great. Soft and comfy. Loved the breakfast. Such a time saver so that we could visit earlier in the day and just kept visiting different relatives and friends with different schedules. Loved the snack room so that at the end of the day we could enjoy a late snack in our comfy room without having to go out again.

We stayed 4 nights. Wish they could have changed the sheets Sunday instead of Monday. We checked in on Friday and checked out Tuesday morning.

This is a convenient location for us and meets our needs. The staff is always pleasant and kind and delivers when asked for anything. Breakfast could be better with more selections

We were satisfied with our stay. Our stay is a repeat. We have stayed at this facility many times and are mot dissatisfied

My room was paid in full on Sept 23 thru Pay Pal and on day of check they charged my card for room again without my permission. I was told they charging card 50.00 deposit on room. But instead took 197.15 again for room already paid for. Not good way to run a Business. Try to contact them to get my money refunded and some type of compensation for the unauthorized charges.

Property was great, great location easy to get to where I need to go.

It only take one person to make you have a bad experience and it was the one staff member that keep give keys to rooms that was already taken or still dirty. This guy had a bad attitude about everything checking in, what time breakfast was…. I mean everything at checking in the staff normally tell you the policy he didn’t do anything but want to go back and forth. I really think he needs to be trained again on how to treat customers.

Breakfast and pool were great.

Upon arrival all was great, but a few hours latter, the receptionist inform us that she made a mistake assigning the room to my family and wanted us to move to another room. I said no to that and after consulting with her manager they allowed us to stay in that room. All was good after that.

My bed was incredibly comfortable. The room was almost perfectly clean. The color scheme was beautiful. It was a nice size. The AC worked. The shower worked. The toilet worked. No one bothered me. The breakfast was alright.

When I arrived at 4:15pm to check in, the room I paid for wasn’t ready yet. Not wanting to wait at least 30 minutes, I was given a “lesser” room. It ended up being fine but was not a great way to kick off my stay. The TV remote was gross so I had to clean that.

I didn't like what was served at breakfast. Wasn't enough to choose from.

Eggs was powered, one meat it was pork bacon.. The juice machine one of the items didn't work.

Beds were comfy, breakfast was good

Towels were not refreshed nor new ones supplied. Room was not serviced on the last day. Had to request toilet paper

Even tho I liked the whole experience. I did not like been charged twice for the room and on top of it one of the charges had the $50 destruction or whatever is called deposit. Yes they returned the money in like 3 days but they messed up my sister account by doing that

Beds comfy and the pillows. Breakfest was good. Did keep running out of coffee.

Room had some dirty spots on wall under desk and in the bathroom.
