Hampton Inn & Suites Bridgewater, NJ

Right upon check in I was treated like a guest and was made to feel comfortable. Gracious checked me in after I needed to leave another hotel due to guests across the hall partying too loud. Gracious checked in with me a few times over the course of my stay to see if I needed anything. I appreciated her level of customer service as well as everyone at the hotel I encountered. Thank you Gracious for turning a negative experience into a positive! Breakfast was good, coffee was great. Room was comfortable and most of all QUIET!

The bathroom could have been slightly cleaner

I can honestly state that this was one of the finest stays we've had. We travel a lot and this hotel was far and above most all of the places we've stayed at. The room was wonderful. Temperature was most satisfying. The cleanliness was perfect. The staff treated us wonderfully. There was some type of reunion going on and the staff member at the desk made it a point to give us a quiet room away from the group that was in the reunion.

The breakfast was a wee bit below of perfect. Mainly it was the eggs. They seemed dry. This though did not change all of the positives that we experienced. Besides this, all else was up to par. We'd definitely would stay at this hotel again:)

The check in was efficient and staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, room set up was adequate. I liked step in shower. Breakfast was good and very much appreciated. Refrigerator was small, but held more than I expected.

Pull out sofa bed didn't appear to have been made with fresh sheets, mattress of sofa bed was not comfortable. Microwave was small. Room was not serviced after first night's stay. Returned to room following daytime activities to find room had not been attended to.

I had booked a standard king room but it seemed that I had been given an upgrade without my request so I was very pleased! My room had a kitchenette, very large living space and bathroom. It was quiet and cozy.

My only concerns were that not all the workers at the hotel were masked up in the common areas. Since we're still in the middle of the pandemic, it's an easy precaution to maintain for their own safety and safety of everyone who walks through the door.

Location!! Basically the only reason to stay here.

We asked for a room on the side away from the highway- no dice. No maid service, we would have to call to get fresh towels, and process was confusing. Shower door leaked on floor a LOT and it would have been nice to have fresh linens. AND, WHO gives ONE tiny sample of EACH soap, shampoo, etc (and only 2 bath towels) to a room with TWO guests staying for 2 days?? Should NOT have to call for basics! Provide extras upfront please! Mattress gave my husband a backache both times we have stayed here. Location is the only reason to return, 5 mins from son's house

I totally loved the fact that we could check out at noon. My wife had a one hour Zoom class at 11am and it was perfect, even more so when I mentioned this at check-in and the lady attendant asked if we wanted late check out at 1pm which gave us plenty of time to enjoy the morning!

It was a great "covid" breakfast. Grab and go. Several different types of cereal. Milk and orange juice included. Muffins and pastry included. And, of course, coffee. Enjoyed it all. The room was so clean and new and roomy. I was able to completely relax. The safety measurers were new to me but much appreciated. The Hamptons in Bridgewater was worth every penny spent and then some.

As far as I am concerned, it was perfect. The best service ever. Thank you Hampton.

This property is more than I expected the first time I stayed. Very clean with nice wall paintings and comfortable beds. The lady that worked the evening shift on May 11, 2021 around 7pm was very nice and patient. I had a problem with the heat in the original room I had checked in and when we discovered something was wrong with the thermostat, she then moved me into an upgraded room free of charge which made my stay even more worth staying. Thanks again!

The property felt newly constructed or recently renovated with no old smells. Comfortable rooms, large bathroom. Welcoming lobby and varied complimentary breakfast.

Non-locking bathroom barn door doubling as a mirrored closet door.

It was ok. Would have preferred plain scrambled eggs to pre made “omelette” and plain yoghurt to the fruity options. Suggest adding a banana to the fresh fruit selection.
