Extended Stay America Suites - Piscataway - Rutgers University

I really liked that there was no carpet, it was all hardwood floors throughout. I also liked that the beds had protectors on them, so no one could get bed bugs or anything like that. I liked that for 6 of us, 2 adults and 4 children there was enough space and bedding for all of us. The beds were comfortable and very clean. It smelled really nice in the room. The coffee was tasty.

I didn’t like how limited they were in breakfast, mg kids don’t eat oatmeal, I was hoping for like maybe a to go cereal container or something, and they had no milk. I would have liked if the coffee was out a little longer instead of just until 9, being that one cup sometimes just isn’t enough. In the room the bathroom was very outdated and kinda scary, in the fact that things were like hanging on by a thread, and the paint was chipping. I didn’t like that they didn’t have any streaming services, they did have tv with regular channels but nothing for my toddlers to watch, seeing as they didn’t have the channels they watch.

The night receptionist Ibrahim was very accommodating, we arrived very late and he rushed to change anything that was either not clean, broken or if we didn't want the room assignment because of lingering bad smell or missing advertised amenities. He was exceptional in customer service .please let the hotel be more active on enforcing smoking policy. Some customers still smoke in the rooms as you could tell by the lingering smell.The lobby also stings of cigarettes smoke. Please tell them to maintain the required feet distance, my nose immediately started running during checking in and I told Ibrahim that I was really disappointed

The carpets on the floor needs shampooing or changing. It was very old and dirty

A nice place also for a short stay when you are just cruising around NJ. Large rooms, comfortable beds and kitchen.

Breakfast is very basic, so you better BYO and enjoy coffee; however, the overall value for money is quite good.

The staff were very nice and helpful, especially Clarizza. The kitchen was convenient, and I felt comfortable and safe. AC was good. Had a good time all in all- and I spent most of my time in the room due to covid.

The location is not best for pedestrians, everything is far with no buses. not even sidewalks. You need to log on every day for the WIFI. Sometimes I would disconnect in a middle of a meeting online, then have to sign in and log on again (it takes less than a minute, but annoying).

The location, the STAFF, was very nice. Clariza was the best. Definitely the nicest extended stay I've been to.

I enjoyed my stay. It was very comfortable, cozy, quiet, affordable, and beyond my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it for others.

Not a great experience checking in (new staff member lacked knowledge on protocols) BUT overall the staff was FANTASTIC!! Excellent customer service, very friendly and helpful!! My stay was better than expected!

I received a few towels and sheets that were in unacceptable condition. Property should review towels and sheets on a regular basis and put new ones into service.

Staff awesome. Clarizza was eceptional Great ubication Room very clean and organize.

Just need a little more variety at the breakfast table.
