Embassy Suites by Hilton Piscataway Somerset

The quality of this hotel has exceeded my expectations. Me and my wife liked it and my kids loved it. It had free parking. Free breakfast didn't have too many options but for us it was more than adequate. We were also given coupons for free drinks at the bar downstairs. We thought we had an issue with our bathroom, so we called the reception and they sent someone to our room right away. Nice experience overall. Well recommended.

The air conditioner was a little too loud time to time. I don't like the pillows - too small and too soft. And the swimming pool was small.

I liked that I made a last-minute decision after losing my photographer and booked the hotel for a photoshoot. I needed to use the hotel space. I wasn't sure how that would go over with the hotel staff. They were way more than accommodating for the shoot. As long as I was out of the way, they were cool with it. We used the rokm.as a staging area. I had hair, makeup, and outift changes going on. It turned out great. The photos also turned out great.

If I had to complain about anything, it would be that we couldn't figure out how to get the temperature to change. The AC was blowing out hot air. All along all we had to do was crack the window.

I have been staying at this hotel since I was a teenager, over 20 years. They never disappoint! They have maintained quality hospitality over the years. It's great to be able to visit home and know you have a reliable place to stay that will accomodate your needs and be consistent in my expectations. It's clean, the staff is nice from the front desk to the housekeepers, great location, and well equipped rooms. I booked a king suite but asked for 2 queen beds at check in and they changed it with no problem! You will not be disappointed with your stay here!

The breakfast most definitely used to be better quality. But it's understood considering Covid regulations so they get a pass for that. It's not bad, but it used to be superb!

There was a housekeeper "an older guy" who was very rude as my family and I were getting off the elevator. Upon exiting he's trying to rush into the elevator with his cart and yelling at us to move " Hurry up get out the way" also almost knocking down a child. Very unprofessional.

I am a Hilton Honors member an I will always bring my family to this location. The rooms are always clean the Breakfast is the most outstanding breakfast that anyone can have at majority of the hotels in the county of Middlesex. The Staff is very helpful and courteous, They make me feel like a member of a family

The welcome at the front desk on our arrival was so nice--we had come in late and tired! We were alerted to our complimentary drink from the bar with enough time to get it. Our room was very nice and so spacious. The bed comfortable. The hotel was decorated nicely and we would have enjoyed spending more time there.

The breakfast, although ample was not exceptional. It tasted good, but it was the standard American hotel breakfast.

The suite structure is very nice especially if you are traveling for work. The breakfast is also nice, every morning you get scrambled egg, bacon, French toast, Turkey sausage, and more.

The cleanliness was not as expected. There were short hair (probably someone shaved before) all around the bathroom counter and toilet.

Breakfast has a very wide variety and option for cooked omelettes and pancakes. The pool was also a popular hit with the kids after we came back from our day trips

The place is an old hotel and feels dated here and there.

The breakfast was great. Being able to not have to worry about breakfast every morning was a bonus and allowed my family to relax a little bit in the morning before heading out to our planned festivities. The made to order breakfast along with all the other options was great!

The room could have been just a tad bit cleaner. I kept noticing things like dust on the curtains and the floor not being vacuumed properly but this is coming from and extreme neat freak/germaphobe. However if you ask them to come clean the room they will take care of it.

The Staff was extremely friendly. Alexandrea from the front desk was extremely helpful and very courteous. She managed our requests very professionally. We ended up extending our stay by another 2 nights :)

Breakfast - the made to order omelet was being prepared on the same grill, irrespective of having certain meat items which certain people do not eat. It was due to this reason, we did not enjoy the breakfast because we couldn't make a request for omelet on the same grill where other meat items (such as bacon) was being cooked.
