The Westin Princeton at Forrestal Village

Nice and helpful staff. Clean facilities, good bar and restaurant. The waitress at breakfast was exceptional and very helpful.

The gym had good equipment but it seemed like it was not maintained. The one machine with multiple options was not set up. On the plus side, it was nice have towels and bottles of water at the gym. The room was very nice, however it was on the same floor where multiple business rooms are located and it was really loud in the mornings and one night during an event.

The staff was proactive, capable, and super friendly. I travel frequently and have stayed in a *lot* of hotels over the years. To be honest: Westin used to be my go-to, but I had several bad experiences in a row; so started favoring other brands. Based in this experience, I'm going to be back soon. (Service level felt more like Four Seasons than Marriott or Hilton. It was great!)

It is a shame that Forrestal Village is a total ghost town.

I really liked how the place looked when we first walked in, it was clean and spacious. The elevators were quick to service us. The hallways are quiet and feels luxurious to walk in. Also the size of the room was perfect, the bathroom had plenty of space enough. The furniture such as the couch, desk, and bed were good! We asked for an extended check out time and the front desk was very helpful with that.

It was relaxing and amazing it's like a little town inside which is great to just walk around and explore. The pools were amazing because they were heated. Andddddd they also have a bonfire that you can sit around.

The only thing was the bed wasn't as comfortable as I wished it was and the bathroom faucet was messed up but overall it was a great relaxing stay.

I loved how new, clean and modern the whole hotel was. The lobby was open and nice. Huge free parking lot. There was a Starbucks right there that opened nice and early at 6am. The room and bathroom were super nice, clean and modern. Also, a HUGE plus is check out was at Noon, rather than at the more common 11am time. And the Price was very reasonable.

The television controls were locked. Hotel TV's are usually set too bright and have weird smooth-motion settings turned on which drives me crazy. I couldn't adjust them. The view from the room was just so-so as I was above the lobby roof, But it wasn't a huge deal. Overall, this hotel was actually great.

Absolutely love the outdoor pool ❤️❤️❤️ The breakfast was delicious, personal at the breakfast room was very professional and super nice.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Forrestal Village is nice but is about 15 minutes from Princeton.

There was a conference going on in the lobby which was a little loud but it didn’t carry over to the room which was quiet.

Marcus, the manager, was beyond exceptional. He accommodated my fiancé & I in every way. Answered all questions & made sure our stay was the best experience ever. We definitely will be back

Everything was great! Nothing was average nor below.

Didn't have any breakfast, but saw the buffet and looked very nice. Good location, great price for the stay. LOVED the beds and pillows and comfort. Nice outside patio for coctails, and lovely pool.

Staff was excellent- -Marcus at reception, and in the dining room, Pamela and Victor were professional, attentive, and efficient.

Bathroom design crazy. Toilet should be separate from bath, making it difficult for more than one person to maneuver Not enough hooks.
