Days Hotel by Wyndham Toms River Jersey Shore

The Hotel was very clean. All of the staff were very nice, especially the evening housekeeper. He brought what we needed and explained how to use the hot water machine. There were no instructions.

The tub did not have a none slip bottom. The original was worn off and when they remodeled they didn't bother to redo it. You can see the dark gray mark left on the tub floor. I brought the safety risk to the attention to the woman at the desk. I slipped 3 times and grabbed the shower curtain to keep from falling. My husband did not like the mattress, it was too soft and he felt like he kept sliding toward the middle of the bed.

The bed was super comfortable!! i slept so good. A little loud on the rt 37 side of building, but quiet midnight to 7 am. Cleanliness was exceptional. Bath and hot water perfect. Airconditioning worked great, I felt very comfortable temperature wise.

I would like to be able to buy movies. Perhaps if I were more tech saavy, i could plug my computer into TV and order something through wifi/internet. Maybe some instructions how to do that would be wonderful for something to watch with no commercials, other than PBS with no commercials which I did enjoy there.

loved everything about are stay the lovey lady on Saturday Morning working in Breakfast brought us over the breakfast menu and water asked if we needed anything without us even asking very sweet lady 😊

well we went down Sunday morning my sister and I to breakfast to get coffee and the lady there working Sunday morning was rude on her phone most of the time and didn't even ask if we wanted anything to order for breakfast but she did to everyone else that came in just ignored us the whole time I worked in hotels as executive housekeeping for Ramada and employees like that make you're place look bad.

Loved the pool, staff very friendly and great customer service .

Fact that there weren't any microwaves in the rooms we couldn't reheat our food you had to go downstairs to the lobby to go get your food heated up which I thought was very so not healthy safe and very more so embarrassed. You're trying to heat your food up yet you have people all in the lobby around you so very unprofessional for the amount of money they charge Should have microwaves in your room. And not to mention the cost of a omelette $15 the menu was too too expensive and again for the price they charge for a room. And not to mention the fact of waking up to look outside your window and you see three homeless people sleeping out side

The pool and convenient location to where we needed to be. Perfect location for local shops and services like a hair salon and fast station and Wawa. Well lit and safe parking lot.

Breakfast was not included in the stay. Our room didn’t have a safe em 206, unless we missed it.The bathroom shower curtain rod was loose so the shower curtain sagged towards the middle, creating splashing onto the floor. We ended up just keeping another towel on the floor.

The cleanliness and comfort of the room was excellent, no smoke or chemical smell. Friendly front desk staff. Ms.Fay from the restaurant and the cleaning lady are pleasant and professional.

I took out one-star because there were no complimentary bottles of water in the room when I arrived after a long drive, I have to buy them from the vendor machine compared to the price I pay for staying, not very thoughtful.

The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. I really liked that the bathroom had a clothes line in the tub to use because we had our wet bathing suits so it was very convenient.

The room would have been fantastic if they added a microwave. The pool could have been better kept. There was a lot of dirt/sand at the bottom and a lot of random hair floating in the water which was kind of gross. The pool area was clean, but the pool itself needed cleaning. Also the vending machine by the pool area with snacks ripped me off. It wouldnt accept my cash so I used my card, but it automatically deducted 5$, and the items were $1.50 each. I got 2 items and the machine kept the rest of my money. That got under my skin a little.

Great location. Friendly staff and room was clean. Very accommodating for room needs such as extra towels and pillows. Didn't swim as indoor pool was full of family with kids, but i guess this is to be expected. Would stay again.

.The indoor restaurant advertised online as an extensive menu and we expected a full dining experience. Howe6, menu was very limited with only a few items and about 4 small square tables behind a bar. This area also includes the coffee area for guests. Would have preferred to eat out, but it wa late and again, we were expecting a full restaurant. They should update the website to be more specific

The hotel is nice and kept very clean. Beds are comfortable although pillows need improvement

One of the elevators was out throughput our entire stay. Very inconvenient and slow with only 1 elevator in the entire hotel! The AC wasn’t working in the hallways on the 4th floor. Extremely hot. Pillows are hard

I have been here probably 8 times now. It's our preferred hotel when going to Jersey shore. Its convenient and clean and has a nice pool and restaurant. The staff is always great and have good tips on where to go visit. My husband and I started coming here before we were married and now our kids join with us. It's realy been a great place to keep our yearly tradition.
