Best Western Plus the Four Corners Inn

Clean and tidy room and facility. Staff was great. Only issue was when arriving there the worker checking us in put us upstairs and not in a handicap accessible room which I had booked. I went back inside as my fiance is the one who checked us in. I went in and said no that's not what I booked and when I came outside n got my phone and went back in he had fixed it. Said it was a glitch in his system. I think it's cuz they was doing touch up paint jobs and wanted to paint that room. But I'm handicap and that is the room I always get us into when we go to Farmington. Was happy it got fixed.

I wish the handicap accessible parking was closer to the front and that from the handicap accessible rooms we could see our vehicle.

We travel to Farmington, New Mexico frequently since we have family there and we always stay at this hotel. It is centrally located to restaurants, stores, and attractions. It is always very clean and the staff go above and beyond! This time was no exception! We were recently there for my niece’s wedding, my 87 year old grandmother has cancer, the staff went above and beyond to make sure her room was ready early so that she could rest before the ceremony and were very caring towards her and the situation. Overall, we were very grateful for their concern and the effort they made on her behalf.

Convenient location. Stores close by. Staff was very friendly. property was clean.

The little fridge in the room and AC had a humming noise all night, and something kept coming on loud outside our room every 30 minutes and lasted for 3 minutes. Our bathroom door was hard to close, it was like the door was tilted to the right and the lower right side would rub hard on the bathroom floor and made it difficult to close.

Nice place. Nothing that sticks out either way, extremely good or extremely bad. Very typical Best Western with the same typical amenities you would expect at hotels in this same category. I would stay here again.

Again, nothing really glaring here. I wasn't aware of the dog fee until 3 days into my stay and saw a new charge on my CC. Should've been disclosed at check-in.

Breakfast was a little lite but ok. Location was great. Room was updated.

Our first room smelled of smoke but the Front Desk quickly changed our room. The water pressure in the shower was very poor. The $150.00 added to our bill for damage deposit was not explained to me till we arrived. The hold takes 2-7 business days to go back on my card. That’s my money being held captive. Not right.

The air conditioner worked great. Great location. The shower was AMAZING!

The blankets were little to thin and the sheets were a little rough. Bathroom was to small. Wasn't very comfortable to try and move around in.

We had an incident where our room lock stopped working. The staff was immediately responsive and assessed the problem and had us moving to a new room within 10 minutes. The front staff was always pleasant and helpful. The breakfast each morning was excellent and exceeded my expectations

I was able to control the air of the room to my desire. A king room was just my size. Good breakfast too.

I believe the shower was somehow interconnected with other toilets. When I took a shower, the water could get really hot or cold. Probably need the plumbing updated. The other thing too was that sometimes the hook part would somehow come forward without me touching it. The latch (?) did that to me one night, and the door to my room was open. Thankfully it was at night when this occurred and no one went in and stole my possessions.
