EVERYTHING! The staff was amazing, the room was great, they welcomed our two dogs, the breakfast was a great selection and fresh, and the property was clean, smelled great with plenty of parking.

We loved everything. There was nothing I would change.

This hotel was very clean, safe, comfortable, near to many restaurants, had a fine TV, nice bathroom, and was quiet. I found the breakfast to be very good, and the service was excellent. Beds are King size, and the entire staff was helpful. The lady checking me in spoke Navajo and showed kindness and consideration. And I did thank the lady preparing the breakfast. The Navajo themed artwork and carpet give a very special definition to this hotel.

I didn't see a room with two queens as an option.

Great place to stay. Love the nostalgia about the hotel. Rooms and bathrooms have always been very clean. Comfy bed and atmosphere. Great breakfast, cable TV, Great coffee. Tea very good with alot to choose from. They really do have wonderful accommodations and amenities. The staff and mgmnt are always so nice.

We had some very inconsiderate noisy guests next to us in the night time. The adults and their kids were very loud and noticed their kids kept going back and forth, going in and out of their room alot. This wasn't the hotel's fault. Maybe next time try to get a room with not as many people all in one room near by..

First, the facility has a good breakfast with several options, and it starts at 6am so great if need to head out. Secondly, like that they've placed extra hookups (away from bathroom) to charge things like your phone. Third, good sized refrigerator. And, room facing courtyard was quiet. Staff provided great assistance with getting to a location in town. Like that outdoor doors to room are always locked.

I'm going to be honest. I'm kind of a spoiled guy from an area where things are much fancier than this. So when I first arrived I was a little uncomfortable and judgmental. It's kind of old, it's a little run down or maybe.... Lived in. It smells nice, but it has smells, if that makes sense. There are "locals" who stay here often. This is a classic road hotel, not some shiny new spot. So like I said, I'm not used to this kind of thing and I expected it to be not good. Again, just being honest. My own spoiled nature getting the better of me. So let me say how pleased I was to be proven wrong. Truly, every need I had was met. The beds were comfortable. The room was very clean. They have a good sized fridge. The guy at the front desk (can't remember his name but I got in really late like 10pm or so) was really kind and helpful. The shower pressure was AMAZING!!! and the breakfast buffet was legitimately fantastic. Huge variety of quality food, tasty treats like cinnamon rolls and muffins, donuts, bagels with cream cheese, eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, hot coffee and good milk, many breads, tortillas, yogurts, green chilis, fruits, and more. And unlike so many bigger hotels this buffet was fully stocked all morning. There was even a laundry facility, although I didn't use it, but it was a really nice touch. I can say that this place is totally amazing and worth every dollar, especially compared to more expensive spots I've stayed with way less to offer. I highly, highly recommend this hotel.

My own fault: I got in late and loaded on through the back lot in the dark. Felt a little sketchy. But everything was fine and there was no problem.

This was a great value for the money. I paid twice as much in Colorado for a similar hotel. I needed quarters for the laundry (inexpensive) and the guy at the desk went quickly and cheerfully to get some, and I realized hey these guys care about their customers. The room is big, clean, bed was large and comfortable.

There were a few small maintenance issues like the door to patio being sticky and signs of wear but nothing that affected my comfort.

Extremely clean rooms, friendly staff, and an exeptionally good hot breakfast. Most of the H!lton chains have what they pass off as a continental breakfast, but their fruit always looks terrible. This place sources from a local grocery. Everything was perfect at our stay.

I honestly didn't find anything about this hotel that I didn't like. It was fairly packed and I couldn't hear my neighbors on either side, so they certainly did NOT skimp on insulation. I didn't like that Google listed it as an America's Best Value Inn. This gave me a little trepidation, but it is certainly NOT AN ABVI.

We chose this accommodation based on other guests reviews and it was definitely the best value for money we have stayed in so far. On arrival we were a bit skeptical because it is not exactly pretty but it is the cleanest unit we have stayed in to date, the beds were comfortable and the breakfast delicious. If we ever pass through here again we will only stay here.

The outside of the building could be more appealing but it had no bearing on the inside.

I was pleased with the comfort and style of the facility. I didn't expect a lot (was just passing through on a long road trip) and was pleased to have the place be better than expected. It was clean and felt very safe. Breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.

There was nothing glaring about the facility. It's a little rough around the edges (not the highest end hotel) but still very clean and worth the stay when passing through.

The staff was exceptional. Young seemed to be there 24/7. I saw him taking care of things all day long. I thought he owned the place. He took pride in everything and even checked on the breakfast. Jocelyn went out of her way to check me in a little earlier since I just got in from a camping trip. I probably looked tired and sweaty. They both were super friendly and kind.

the hotel is a little out dated but clean.
