Hampton Inn & Suites Farmington

Super friendly staff! Great mobility accessible room! The clerk made our late night check in, (midnight), smooth and easy. Our blind family member could easily navigate the room without running into something every other step. Thanks Farmington Hampton and Staff!

The breakfast could have used a little improvement. Omelets were still cold in the middle and the country gravy was very thin and also kinda cold. Breakfast potatoes were also barely lukewarm. I think it must have been inexperienced kitchen staff because the breakfast was plentiful and the area was clean, neat and organized.

Quiet and its location away from busy traffic. Felt secure and comfortable with the atmosphere surrounding the area. No worries about vandalism.

I’ve stayed at those hotels before and i found some things lacking. Cold/ warm coffee both in the evening & at breakfast. Food choices could have been better. I was disappointed with the selection compared to other places I stayed where you could order your selection.

Clean rooms and AMAZING STAFF! I left an expensive item in my room on accident and called the next day to see if it was turned in. My item was turned in and through previous experiences, it would have been long gone. I am so grateful for the housekeeper who turned it in as well as the front desk lady for mailing it back to me. I would definitely recommend staying here 😊

The staff was exceptional. They went above and beyond... each of them from the front desk, the ladies at the breakfast buffet, housekeeping and the common area attendant!!!! Exceeded.my expectations!!

The pool was a little chilly and small and the other guests were a bit loud, bit the staff came in and asked them to settle down

There was a good selection and the staff kept items replenished throughout the breakfast time.

The walls were thin. You could hear a dog barking for an extended period of time while the tenants had left them in rhe room. There was a man vomiting really loud in the room next to ours early AM.

Every staff member I encountered was extremely courteous and nice. Offered assistance without having to ask for anything. The rooms were clean and very roomy. Had a desk so that I could work remotely. Also had a sofa bed and 2 queen beds which were actually queen size!

I have no complaints about this property

I asked for a room close to either lobby or parking, to make it easier on my 91 year old mother. I received an email from Booking.com that the hotel had been contacted, and my request could be accommodated. When we got to the hotel, the desk clerk said they could not accommodate, and that Booking.com staff says whatever they think will secure the reservation, true or not. The hotel was clean, comfortable and although in kind of an ugly neighborhood, was convenient to where we needed to get to.

Not sure if the issue is with the hotel or with booking.com

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was better than a typical hotel continental breakfast (eggs, sausage, waffles, etc.)

My only negative was that other guests did not wear masks, including while in a crowded elevator. The staff, however, wore masks consistently from what I could tell.

It was a great experience. The staff was very friendly and professional. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast was a great way to start our day. The food was good and there was a lot to choose from. I would definitely stay here again.
