Eric at the front desk was very helpful and professional.

My door was not very secure I did not need a key card to open. The fit of the door allowed me to use 5 of the Air Ways museum brochures from your lobby stacked together to push into door facing to open door. It would be good to inspect all doors. The parking lot could use camera coverage, 4 cameras hooked to a monitor would allow desk to see parking lot.

Easy location, on/off the hwy. The staff was very kind and the facility was clean. Breakfast was simple but hot. Filled you up.

Pillows were uncomfortable, the door to the bathroom opened in such a way that it was very tight in there and the tub needs to be replaced. The coating is coming off and the floor on the tub is rusting slightly. The scrambled eggs seemed powdered. Some updates could be done in the rooms to make it more pleasing.

I travel for work. The breakfast was good and filling. The beds were comfortable. I enjoy my stay here and would stay again/recommend it to others.

Although the showerheads could be updated as they don't have much water flow. I get really dirty for work and would like a sufficient amount of water to actually get clean and not have to stand in the shower for half an hour.

The facility was a little spare but certainly adequate for our road trip. The location is close to a gas station and the Interstate highway. Everything worked and our ground floor room meant no stairs.

Our room did not have an ice bucket, which I could have recovered from the office. Only thing missing. Grants in winter has few restaurant options.

Nice room, huge bed and TV (if you care about that), good breakfast, friendly staff. Conveniemt location if you are travelling through I-40.

Very noisy. Heating machine was noisy, fridge was noisy, neihgbours were noisy (or maybe it was just paper thin walls) and crew was noisy (they started banging doors and yelling "housekeeping" at 9.30 even though checkout is at 11.00 (and bang mine besides the "do not disturb" banner)

If you are pulling a trailer there are only 4 spots and they are designed for small cars/trucks and small trailers. There is no pull through and sharp right angle corners which makes trailering a challenge. we were able to park in the long drive but it was a bit tricky with. 30’ trailer.

the refrigerator didn’t work, the clock was unplugged along with most of the lamps. it’s apparent the prio occupants didn’t this for some reason The staff should have fixed that during the cleaning process.

Clean room, great breakfast. Easy access to freeway.

The mattresses need to be either flipped or replaced. Only one chair in room so people tend to sit on the edge of the bed making it lopsided. There where four hard pillows on each bed but I prefer a flatter pillow. Need options on the bed.

They were really friendly and they so clean love the breakfast I got the room with the kitchen but breakfast was totally work the no cooking ;)..... Really happy and can't wait to go back

The entire hotel smelled so CLEAN!!!! I was very impressed!!! Even when we checked in the gentleman who checked us in was cleaning things! Super nice guy! The shower head was Awesome!!!! Nice rooms! Other than the ants the rooms were great!

The staff was nice, but seemed bothered when we needed another breakfast bag. My son dropped his pastry on the ground, and we just needed another. I guess this was my issue, and I shouldn't have asked for another bag :-( its really tough traveling with kids during this time, so your staff is probably stressed as well, and I'm just being silly. Our room seemed to have an ant issue, we just tried to kill them all, and after 14 hours of driving just went to bed.
