Days Inn by Wyndham Grants

The check in was super fast and easy, the room was clean and comfortable. Even though we only stayed one night it was quiet, complementary breakfast is offered but we did not make it on time :) :) :) :)

The only thing I personally didn't like was the shower and bathroom floor, that floor has a piece of tile loose just under the toilet and it makes a loud noise, so I had to be careful and not wake up the rest of the family members. Also the shower head needs to be replaced, it just pours the water in one section of the bathtub.

They had a 2 people dining table in the room, that was nice to have dinner at. The bed was clean and comfortable!

It was more of a Motel for sure. Much older. Not special. Good if you just need a place to sleep for the night during a road trip. The air conditioner had knobs that were super hard to turn. They were dirty. I cleaned them with alcohol. But the air worked great! There were only 1 bath towel 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth.

If you book this hotel, I recommend you stay in the 200 building and not the 100 building. The 200 building has a tub with a shower in it and the 100 only has a shower goes outside the shower area.

Staff could be more welcoming and helpful.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff was friendly.

The tub didn't drain very well and the floor felt a bit gritty. I think it's because the dirt from outside blows in under the door. The website advertised free breakfast but they didn't serve anything because of COVID precautions. It would have been nice to have been given a "grab and go" breakfast.

Counter person was not friendly at all. We were told there was a water issue with Grants so no showers. That was ok but was not told there was no breakfast offered. That sucked because that’s the attraction for us to stay there. Told staff that it rooks us almost 5mins to get the door lock to release so we could get out of the room. If there’s an emergency someone could die. Staff didn’t seem to care about it. There was marks on the door where other had to pry the door.

I liked the location...it's near a Walmart and some other stores and restaurants. the beds were pretty comfortable.

The only thing I didn't like was the front desk service... I was trying to retrieve the wifi passcode and the front desk person did not answer... the phone just kept ringing and ringing, I didn't like that. Oh and the ice machine was broken down as well.

They didn't clean the blue material that goes around the bottom part of the bed I was in that room a week then I left for 2 days they rented it because I left the TV on a certain channel I came back and it still wasn't cleaned

The beds were comfortable.

The check in process was slow due to the couple in front of me had trouble confirming their online booking; I think the staff member could have checked me in instead of making me wait 20 minutes until she helped the couple contact their online booking partner.

Good location. Was quiet and well lit. Room was clean and pleasing and had free wifi and lots of TV channels that came in clear. No breakfast but coffee in the morning in lobby.

Can't really say I didn't like anything. I guess I could say the floor wasn't the cleanest and the shower curtain smelled really mildewy.

Quiet even with neighbors. Staff were all friendly and answered all my questions

The floor in my room is as dirty. I used a wash cloth to clean up spilt water and the cloth was filthy when I picked it up
