SureStay Hotel by Best Western Grants

Cleanliness. I appreciated having a ground floor room, even with the floor noise from the unit above me. The room was nicely updated from the standard travel lodge and I REALLY appreciated the big screen TV. Great to watch a few of the US Open Tennis matches! The bed was comfortable, as were the pillows. There were sufficient plugs and USB ports for tech. The black out shades were a welcome touch. The staff were friendly and helpful. I’d stay here again.

It’s located in a non-descript area, surrounded by other travelers’ hotels. Very close to the freeway (both a plus and a minus given the freeway noise.

I'm glad to answer this question. I don't usually review hotels, but I had to on this one. Because of the price, I was a little nervous. However, I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and had a refrigerator and microwave. They also had a shower/tub combination for people who like baths, like me, and kids. There is also an inside pool and hot tub. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. I also forgot to say the beds were comfortable.

One thing that I thought was great was the hardwood floor. Most lower price hotels have carpet and your feet get black from them even if they look pretty clean. We just stayed one night on the way through. We just need a decent place to stay and that filled our need.

Things looked a little old, the shower faucet dripped. Could have had a better choice for eggs in the breakfast bar than hard boiled eggs. Overall, I would stay again. It was plenty good for what we needed.

the facilitie was spotless, well cared for, and the room was just as clean and spacious.The appointments were tasteful and not overwhelming. The beds were amazingly comfortable with sheets as soft as silk. The shower water has plenty of pressure making it invigorating - a great way to begin my day. The breakfast was an added bonus with plenty to choose from. The help was terrific to deal with. overall the experience was just as good as any high priced hotel.

Easy to find location, just off I-40, but nice & quiet. Very spacious room, huge bathroom with one of the best showers you could hope for. Any amenity you might need was already there. Bed was comfy, Efficient & quiet heater worked perfectly on very cold nights, pillows were nice & puffy. Continental breakfast was way beyond the usual, with obvious thought given to provide anything someone might want on their toast/muffin/bagel. Excellent juice selection & even cups of Jell-o with fruit & as well as an assortment of nonfat yogurt with fruit, plus cereal, oatmeal and make-your-own waffles. Desk clerks, especially the lady who checked us in, were very personable and gracious. All this was at a great winter rate - You couldn't ask for more for your money!!

Nice-looking indoor pool & hot tub were closed due to Covid restrictions, but this is not the fault of the hotel, I am sure.

how spacious it was and the bathroom mirror was pretty

that the rooms are not inside but on the outside depending… and it was very windy I was about to go upstairs and then I realized I had to go outside around 😢… the blankets were a little dirty not going to lie some stains and the bathroom there were some hairs but it’s okay, if I did take a shower I wouldn’t have liked it

Close to workplace and walking distance from walmart. They provided breakfast every morning. Rooms are spacious and neat.

There was a closure on running water and did not even let me know about it. I found out when I was about to shower. Breakfast was not always the best. Housekeeping is every other day, not every day as it should be.

Car backs up right to door. Comphy beds. Quite. TV better sized than most budget hotels. Shower great with shampoo and conditioner. Keurig pot although we always bring our own portable one.close to denny's ,Walgreens and. Walmart.

You can hear people walking over you on second floor. That's about it.

The room was spacious and spotless. The bed was comfy. The water in the shower was hot with good pressure. The tv had oodles of channels. The desk clerk greeted me with a smile and was very friendly. I felt safe and slept so well. I would definitely return.

Large room and bathroom. Quiet. Good breakfast.

Unfortunately the pool and hit tib weren't operational. They were waiting on a part, but if you wanted to, you could go across the street to there other location and use there's. The bathtub surround was old and needs replaced. It was chipped and stained.
