Baymont by Wyndham Roswell

Desk people were very friendly especially Julissa. We enjoyed conversing with her. She was helpful in providing a sheet of activities available in Roswell. Breakfast was very good too, they had a good variety of selections. The room was spacious and the amenities were awesome.

The back of the bathroom door had a fist area that was punched through the door. The vent in the restroom (in the ceiling) was askew. That tells me an angry person had that room sometimes before me and it wasn't fixed.

All the staff I interacted with were super friendly, the price was really good, the hotel is located very conveniently close to all the Roswell attractions. I was even provided with a guide to local attractions and places to eat upon arrival to the hotel, the front desk were just printing our the packages, that was amazing especially when taking into consideration that it was my first time in Roswell :)

The only area of opportunity that I saw was the restroom door, it was really difficult to close, the gap between the door and the floor was non existent and there was a bad smell at the sink vanity when the water was running, I'm guessing old pipes. I spent most of my time out of the hotel so this wasn't a deal breaker for me, the friendliness of the staff made up for this!

Great comfortable room. The sink was not draining well upon arrival, I fixed it and had no further issues. Room very nice, very large and comfortable all around. Only real downer was, pool and gym area was closed.

I had a plumbing issue in the room on arrival, which I fixed . Really I shouldn't have had to do that. Their maintenance was really not up to speed due to staffing problems, also the pool-gym were closed. But the rest was excellent.

Big room. Comfortable bed. Felt like I was sleeping in clouds. Handicapped room with lots of bars for assistance

The key cards wouldn't work to get into the building so you always had to go threw the front lobby doors. That's kind of hard when you asked for accesable entrances. All have stairs or go threw the lobby. There was the re.ander of someone's last stay on the floor around the toilet and the corner of the tub.

The facility was very kid welcoming, full stocked snack bar, lobby TV was playing Micky mouse and front desk had color sheets with crayons out. My toddler needed milk and the front desk gave some from the breakfast area with no charge. The front receptionist was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was good!

The elevator was out, the dryer left the laundry damp, some stains were found on bedding, a couple things were left unclean from the previous person that stayed. The pool was closed.

The hotel was in close proximity to all the attractions in town as well as restaurants and gas stations. The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. All the workers were friendly except for the woman who did our check-in, she was extremely rude.

The pool was closed and we weren't notified of that until after we booked our room. The light above our mirror didn't work.

Location was great & the facility was very clean

My rooms were assigned a few days before so that we would have them next to each other. We tried to check in an hour early but were told no. We came back an hour after check in time & we only had 1 room available. They tried to put the one room on a completely different floor. We did not get into our second room until 4:30.

Food was eh ok, coffee was cold. Staff was very courteous and professional. Rooms were very clean and nice.

Foyer lights were off at night, made for a very dark entrance. Grass/landscape had not been cut or maintained for several weeks. Trash cans were full, trash in the grass and parking lot, made hotel look like a scum hotel, yet inside was nice and clean.

The locaton was good. The breakfast was good and had a really good selection. The staff and manager were very courteous, friendly and were on top of things. Room was very nice and comfortable.

Pool and hot tub and outdoor sitting area were unavailable but we were prewarned in the booking. The coffee in the morning was like water. Very weak. And we don't drink strong coffee! So it was very weak.

Nice and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Spacious room. Traveler’s prayer on the back of the door. Fridge was nice and cold. AC worked well. Comfy couch and seating area.

The pool was “closed for repair” although the gym was also closed due to Covid. Hmmmm. No place to plug in phone at the bedside. Though there was a coffee maker, micro, and fridge - only the fridge was plugged in to an electrical bar…..the micro cord didn’t even reach. The shelves under the sink were dusty . These are small things that can be improved upon. All in all, a good place to rest.
