Fairfield Inn & Suites Roswell

I really liked the breakfast, they have a lot of variety, I liked that it is clean, the beds are very comfortable

I did not like the night staff, especially a woman. We asked her for the total price of the room and she did not give any information, she was not very friendly, I also did not like that they charge $10 dlrs. For parking, we also asked for Queen beds and they only have full beds

Surprisingly good quality; cleaner, more modern, and well appointed than the competitor we usually use in Lubbock (breaking our trip from Flagstaff to Austin in half). Breakfast eggs were better than I expected although bacon was paper-thin but tasty enough. Good selection of other breakfast goodies, including yogurt. Staff pleasant and accommodating.

Advertises as pet friendly but charges $100 per dog--which is not "friendly," but profiteering--the competing hotel we use in Lubbock is comparable in quality and charges only $35. Bit the bullet in this case, but likely to look elsewhere. Very minor things--trash can out front was overflowing, and lock on door was a bit erratic in operation--low battery? But overall the property is exceptional, but that "pet friendly" fee is going to be a deal breaker when we travel with our companions. And I'd add that the Lubbock hotel we use is well-known for being seriously pet-friendly, and draws a lot of business because of it.

close to downtown and clean and modern.

there was no plug in for our car. a 110 outdoor outlet would do in a pinch, but better still a level two charger would be better. spending two hours at the Honda dealer to get a partial charge was inconvenient. with so many people driving plug-in hybrids like our Chevy Volt it would be good marketing. also, the hot tub was not in operation. would have been nice after our long day at Carlsbad Caverns.

The staff here are super friendly and helpful! The rooms are clean! Those two things are the most important things I consider whenever I stay at a hotel. For the value you can’t beat it!

Well, the coffee wasn’t very good, the swimming pool was very warm, and the hot tub was broken. That’s all I can really say that I didn’t like.

We only stayed the one night but from what we saw it was nice. the room was clean beds were comfy and clean!

The only thing we did not appreciate, at no fault of the hotel staffs, was the alarm going off at 5:55 am and scaring the crud out of us. She notated that she would speak with housekeeping about that and apologized which is all they could do. The lady that checked us in was so sweet and helpful.

The staff were friendly. The hotel was clean and up-to-date. The room was clean with lots of space and extra nice bathroom. Comfy beds. Nice breakfast options. Location was excellent.

Paying an extra $10 to park in their parking lot and all the extra taxes were insane. The room rate was reasonable but by the time you add all the taxes and parking costs it added $40 extra to the bill.

Location was good. Just a few blocks from the action. Probably could have walked it but it wasn't quite close enough for me to be comfortable doing that especially in the heat and there was plenty of public parking.

Rates were high due to UFO festival but other than that location was good. Staff seemed professional, but not overly solicitous. Could be that we wore masks. Actually ran into a few people around town who were a tad less engaging to people in masks and very few people wore them in this area. Maybe it was just my experience or caught them on an off day.

I have never been to a hotel where I was charged a parking fee ($10.00 a day) and a bed fee ($5.00 a day) Not a good add on in my opinion

When we first arrived the gentlemen working the front desk was very nice and welcoming. The first room we were given had an unpleasant smell and needed some attention to the cleaning. We brought it to their attention and not only moved us but gave us an even better room. I really appreciated the gesture and the immediate response. Next time we are in Roswell, I will definitely be looking to the Fairfield for availability.

The staff was on top of everything and the breakfast was more than expected I work construction and need a good breakfast to start my day as well as a good night's sleep I got both and will definitely stay there on future trips
