Hampton Inn & Suites Olean, Ny

We really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. A special shout out to Abbey who made a personal gesture to help our celiac daughter for very kind - thanks again Abbey! The hotel looks new with spotless rooms and facilities. The room sizes are good and the breakfast buffet excellent. The gym is one of the best we have ever encountered in a hotel with up to date equipment. We used the hotel as a base for visiting the forest and state park. There is plenty of free parking on the site and also a charging station for an electric car.

Really nothing not to like but just keep in mind that the double beds are as described and not king size. As a family of four with teens we were close to taking an additional room.

Warm breakfasts, new interior and facilities, clean, spacious.

Too noisy conditioner. Thermoisolation around conditioner is poor, so temperature drop quickly below 66 F, and conditioner starts to heat and generates noise, which made us woke up frequently during the night.

Taylor (cute redhead) was fantastic from the second I walked in the door. She was absolute sunshine every time I saw her. She recognized me by name and felt welcomed and like I was staying with family. I interacted with other staff member and they were also helpful. I would stay here again without any question.

My AC had a bit of a rattle and woke me up a few times during the night.

great location. Breakfast was adequate. very friendly and accommodating staff. very clean and modern facilities.

Tough to find the "sweet-spot" with the thermostat...either too hot or too cold. Either way the force of the fan blasts air at you , even with the low setting. Faucet on the bathroom sink makes it difficult to fill a cup or glass.

Excellent stay. Very pleasant large room with fabulous big bathroom and one of best hotel showers ever! Convenient outlets for plugging in all the tech stuff. Quiet!

1)TV is set up perpendicular to the bed - very awkward arrangement for watching tv. 2)No safe in room-unacceptable in modern times. 3) kitchen incompletely stocked and coffee was some generic mediocre thing. Coffee maker is set on the floor! For $200/night in Olean Hampton Inn should do better. 4) no trash can in kitchen area

Genuinely nice and helpful staff plus super clean facilities. This hotel had nothing dirty, nothing broken or *out of order* as well as good breakfast and well maintained pool. I had a very pleasant stay.

Convenient from the interstate, wonderful room! I think we may have been upgraded to a suite without asking! Top floor at the far end of the hall meant it was quiet despite a full house of families apparently there for a youth sports tournament. Highly recommended!

Needs more luggage carts! 😉

We always stay here when we visit our son at college. The staff is friendly, and the property and the rooms are very clean. The complimentary breakfast is good! Don't skip the lobby coffee--it is better than Starbucks.

It was all great!

Very clean, efficient check in and out. Food was clean, well stocked and presented. People were present and polite.

The price. $247 per night in Olean was over the top. Regular weekday rate $141. It was alumni weekend. You took advantage of a lot of old people.

A pleasant surprise. Comfy rooms, quite OK complimentary breakfast, pool, plus a great restaurant in walking distance. Would come again, room rate was fair.
