Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Wellsville

Breakfast was perfect, the coffee was very good and plentiful. The staff was wonderful! Very friendly, courteous, professional, polite, and eager to help. I noticed that while they were not at the reception desk, they were working very hard in the laundry or the breakfast room.

I noticed that several of us had to go back to the desk with keys that did not work. The staff was very helpful and returned with us to the door to make sure the re-charged keys actually worked, which was very comforting and above and beyond. At one point, they gave up and gave me a completely different room because it appeared the door itself was the problem. I noticed it was being fixed the very next day, so someone put a work order and took right care of it.

The room was very clean and comfortable and so was the rest of the hotel and the staff was all friendly and very helpful. Oh and the shower head in our bathroom was awesome and felt great.

The fact that they increased the price of the rooms due to the event that was taken place in town, parking lot was too small, and breakfast should have started earlier at 4am and end at 8am due to the fishing derby that was in town. Also it had said online that the room had a microwave and it didn't. I feel that all rooms should come with a small fridge and microwave

This is my second stay at this place (more pricey this time because it was graduation time). Everything went smooth both times from checking till the last minutes. Friendly staff, clean space, decent breakfast. Overall it was a great experience

Too expensive, (over $300/ night). In addition I was forced to stay 2 nights which I didn't need since I was only there for a graduation

Nice hotel, staff friendly, clean rooms, easy to get to. Next door to a dunkin donuts.

The only negative I would have to say is there is a strong vanilla scent in the hallways. Thankfully, the smell was not in my room as the smell of vanilla is a migraine trigger for me.

My friends and I we traveled from NYC to Andover for an ATV weekend getaway and after a 6 long hours drive we arrived to the Hotel expecting an smooth check in..sadly that never happened, FD lady was rude and unprofessional. She give us 5 five!! different set of cards that never opened the door. Never an apologize for the inconvenience or sorry for the issues. She walk up the floors completely upset about a maintenance issue, finally she opened the door with her master key and she went down mad about that she has to open the door for us and because she cant believe that every card was not working.

it’s a nice hotel in a location that is close to my family

there is always room for improvement. you can tell this hotel is used a lot because it’s the nicest in the area. corporate needs to get them more money. the staff is amazing and are always cheerful and helpful

Breakfast selections were good and liked that hot water for tea available 24 hrs. Plenty of towels available.

my key card didn't work one day but was remedied quickly by staff.

If you are bringing your child to either of the local colleges, this IS the best place to stay. Reasonable rate, no issues with anything. You aren't staying in a 5-star resort, but you are staying in a clean, safe, friendly, and conveneient location.

I enjoyed how clean the bed and the bathroom were. The pillows were perfect. I liked that housekeeping came to our room and asked if we needed anything because we needed towels and they asked us how many. Thankful for that.

We had no hair dryer. It was missing from the wall. The counter spaces in the bathroom wasn’t enough but we made it work.

Staff was friendly and responsive Their continental breakfast is awesome. 24 hour coffee great. They kept things very clean in public areas.

No complaints, older facility showing some age. But clean.
