convenient location, ample parking. our room location was perfectly situated and easy for my elderly mom to access.

Not allowed to leave dog unattended for any length of time crated or otherwise without risk of additional $150 fee. this meant I had to miss an important dinner for my mom to stay with him. it’s unfortunate because he is a well trained and well behaved dog. We also weren’t informed of the additional $20 per night pet fee until we arrived to check in after a 7hour drive. Due to these reasons we will most likely seek accommodation elsewhere when we come back in the fall.

I've stayed here many, many times. Good hotel for the price, clean, good breakfast and coffee, staff friendly and attentive to your needs.

Wish there was more parking closer to the entrance. I'm older and don't like walking to the entrance although there is some lighting on the side.

Walking distance to a good restaurant. Room was simple, comfortable and clean. Check in was easy and pleasant. I really enjoyed the window seat!

At first, I was disappointed with the breakfast set up. Then I found the fridge with egg and breakfast sandwich options that could be heated in the microwave. The sandwich I tried was surprisingly good.

Breakfast excellent plenty to choose from and always available during breakfast hours lots of plates available and lots of condiments to choose from and great coffee.Coffee and tea anytime especially during extreme cold weather conditions. Which occurred during our stay compared to the weather in NYC much colder and practically snowed every day.

The sofa bed was too springy when any movement occurred very flat and pillows on sofa bed flat had yo borrow bed pillows for a family of 4.

The facility was very clean and the staff were most helpful and welcoming.

I would have preferred a room closer to an outside door as I was traveling with a small dog. He is quite old and needs to go outside fairly frequently. I think I requested this in my request for a reservation but perhaps a room closer to the outside door was not available. The staff put me as close to the front door (and therefore, the lobby) as possible.

The room was super neat and clean. Bathroom was inviting - I even took a bath! Loved the window seat for reading. The staff was very helpful. I accidentally left my cosmetic bag at the hotel and the manager was kind enough to send it to my next stop. Disaster averted!

Breakfast had lots of options it wasn't "fresh" but there was a pancake machine.

The room was very clean and comfortable. Unlike most hotel beds, your bed was very easy for me to sleep in. The staff is very friendly and personable. May not sound like much, but the coffee in the lobby is excellent and that matters to me.

Consider switching to mini keuigs for the rooms. It would mean less mess and could be more convenient cor the guests. If that's not an option, maybe put a few more coffee pods in the rooms.

I liked the bed, sheets, and pillows. it felt clean. everything is perfect other than the shower head and the rudeness of the person in the next room.

the shower head didn’t seem to work that well. washing all the soap and shampoo out of my hair took longer than usual. the person next door was really loud and inconsiderate.

This location has lots of traffic and you could hear the people in their rooms from the hall not bad from inside the room at all. Our bath tub backed up where the tub filled up to ankles the tv is weirdly placed but everything worked for a quick stay this isn’t a fancy or amazing stay but it was great for a weekend stay

The tub filled up while showering the very limited parking and maybe the rooms needs a extra tv & tv stand for living room area. Thehotel didn’t have the comp anemities like mouth wash tooth paste shower cap conditioner coffee maker in the room but it was a nice stay

Staff, clean facilities, good value!

Olean Microtel staff and management did an exceptional job during my past stay! Though that does not surprise me at all! Every time I use their facilities in the past 20 years they always go the extra mile to make me feel comfortable and welcome! The building is clean and well maintained the staff is friendly and professional and never hesitate to make sure my needs are met! With out a doubt budget friendly with 5 star service! Thank you all once again for making me feel at home away from home!
