The accommodations are beautiful and they are "pet" friendly.
I was charged an additional fee for pets which I understand but then we were charged an additional 106.00 which they said would be returned once the room was examined. There was nothing wrong with the room when I left and my dog is house trained and had no "accidents" but my 106.00 was never returned. So I ended up spending a 100.00 more than the original price of the room. To me it looks like a desperate act due to covid as far as trying to make up lost money. I really like this hotel and spend a lot of time in Oswego because my son goes to college there but will not be taken advantage of like this again.

The room and facilities were clean, the staff was friendly, the pool was open between 7 am and 11 pm, which was great for my little boy. Breakfast was nice. Cold bottled water was included in the price of the stay. I would highly recommend this property over the other property in Oswego with a pool.

The only negative I can say is that the building doesn’t have an elevator and it’s on the third floor. It was OK for us because we are all active people but for someone that is physically impaired it would not be suited well.

The TV was dirty. The rugs need to be cleaned, I walked across after my shower and my feet were gray and full of lint. The breakfast was not clearly marked and I was unable to eat due to my allergies. When I spoke to front desk I felt they weren't listening to me.

The carpet in the room needs to be deep cleaned, it smelled like bad feet. Carpet fresh wouldn't help it, it needs deep clean . That smell made it an unpleasant stay

Everything. The location was great next to everything. It was nice being able to have my dogs with me. Unfortunately breakfast was only for the weekend, would have liked for it to be past the weekend, but it was ok. The staff was alway so very friendly and accessible. Will go back next year

Our room was very comfortable with a sitting area and a desk. We had a kitchen with a dishwasher. Contential breakfast the next morning. 10 minutes away from Suny Oswego minutes from shopping.

Overall the hotel is very nice. It is located very near, about 200 yards from a motor race track which is very noisy when in use. The pet fee is higher than we paid at the Hampton Inn one night before.

Ample work surface, lots of shelf space, plenty of electric outlets, 3/4-size fridge, plates, flatware, etc, sofa, real drawers. Movable divider between sleeping and living areas was a nice touch.
Stupid down comforter was way too warm. Thankful that there was a cotton blanket
