Days Inn by Wyndham Brewerton/ Syracuse near Oneida Lake

I requested a room on the west side of the building on the second floor and they delivered. The room was clean and comfortable, and most important to me dark and quiet. I usually stay there when I am in the area visiting in the summer.

There were a couple of minor things. First, the desk chair was falling apart. 2 of the 4 bolts that hold the seat to the frame were missing. The desk called me about 20 minutes into my stay and I mentioned it. Within 10 minutes they brought a replacement chair. The only other thing was there were no bath towels in the room, just 2 washcloths and a bath mat. I picked a towel up at the desk along with some extra coffee.

Quiet residential location, close to Dunkin' donuts and a Dollar general for last minute needs. Close to the highway to get to the state parks that we wanted. Friendly staff, and a great deal overall. Clean enough, staff easygoing, no wait.

some updates on some of the carpet are in order. Why not just put a set of dumbbells in the fitness center instead of weighted balls?? Nobody uses those at a hotel. Also maintain the equipment. One of the machines was making a terrible noise it just needed some adjustment which nobody knew how to do.The breakfast is pretty good but a waffle maker would be great!

Location perfect for us. Jamie Baker employee on the night shift was especially helpful. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked Changes for the better were made since our stay last year..

8 days out of 10 we had to have our entry card activated. The bathroom floor needs attention, the manager is aware of the problem. I’m sure it will be fixed.

The hotel was quiet, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The woman at the front desk was very nice and we were able to get a 2nd floor room which we requested. This hotel is a very good value for the money.

We did not use the exercise room or take advantage of the breakfast so we do not know how those were. There was not anything that we did not like.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable; good location near the highway and reasonably quiet considering the area, which had a lot of traffic; price was fine; staff was helpful. Real milk for morning coffee was a plus. Refrigerator in room.

Breakfast was insufficient - boxed cereal or instant oatmeal. Apples were a little wrinkled, which made them softer and inedible.

Staff was super friendly and hotel was close enough to syracuse but far enough away to enjoy the quiet of the country. The area was beautiful a d close to the lake.

It would have been nice to have a microwave in room. The free breakfast could of offered a bit more options.

The breakfast bar could have been more accommodating. And the dairy (yogurt , milk) were soured. No butter or jam for the bagels,no toast options ....... and the fruit should consist of more then green apples, I myself can not eat them and an orange or banana would've been a better choice however there was no alternative .

Staff during the day was nice and helped us add a day to our stay. Room was adequate. We stayed five nights and there was no housekeeping service due to Covid, which was OK. We just needed a change of towels, which the front desk took care of.

Good coffee, but other than that no breakfast other than packaged cakes and juice. The hallways and eating area could be spruced up a bit with some paint - starting to seem run down.

The cost for the stay

Carpets remove them or shampoo them. Outlets still not able to be used. Smoke alarm was on the counter in the bathroom.

Location was awesome!

No tissues in the room, lots of trash behind the night stand, no water in the dining room. The breakfast and cleanliness of the hotel was much better in the past. I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the last 6 years.
