I did not have breakfast is was a little pricey but the location was fine. So we checked out early so that we can go get breakfast but the overall hotel was nice and the employees was nice and had excellent customer service.

The room was clean but the bathrooms could have been a little cleaner. It took a while for the elevator to arrive. I was told over the phone that we would be able to have a cot placed in our room once we got there I was told that we couldn't. I called a day early to make sure and the customer service rep. looked up my reservations and saw that the rooms I booked was a room with 2 queen beds and said that I will be able to have a cot. But when I checked in It was told to me that I couldn't. Also, the pool could have been clean it was really dirty.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice, especially the large bathroom.

For our comfort, the bed was too soft and the pillows were not super comfortable. The other issue was the AC, which was very cool. Unfortunately, every time it turned on, it sounded like a giant wind turbine. It woke me up a couple of times, and while it was running we had to turn the TV up so loud I’m sure the rooms down the hall could hear it.

it was kind of duck off, they had a restaurant where i could order food, buy wine or alcohol, catch shuttle to the airport and i loved the comfort. Room was nice and cozy. I enjoyed the gym while i was there. Its a nice play to stay and the food was exceptional because it was more like buffet.

one of the staff thst was at the desk had an attitude because i misunderstood what she said. The bathroom was not clean ans somebody had used it

We didn't have breakfast because a Starbucks was close by. Thats one of our favorite places.

I was hoping for a free continental breakfast. I was with my son and a friend and it would have been nice for them to get something on their stomach before beginning the day. Also, the hotel ran out of bottled water. I suggest at least a water dispenser (one of those big jugs).

James on the front desk is AWESOME!! We had some unique challenges and he handled them quickly and with a TERRIFIC attitude ❤❤! I would stay here again just because of their amazing staff. The room was large, very clean , and comfortable. We are so glad the first hotel we tried to book was full, otherwise we would have missed this place to stay.

My husband and I travel to Charlotte frequently and mostly stay in Ayrsley, but decided to give this a try. Property was very clean and the rooms were phenomenal!

Only issue we had, the air in the room took a while to cool the room down. Day-time front desk staff was incredible, the night-time front desk staff not so much. As stated in the title of my review, we will be staying here again and the only complaint is mainly the front desk staff during the evening/night and not the day-time staff.

The hotel was in a great location and quiet. Staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean, room very spacious with up to date furniture. Contactless check in and check out option made the process easy. I would stay again.

The only negative thing was the noise from the a/c vent when trying to sleep. It had to be turned off which made the room a little cold.

We came to town for a field trip in the Belk Theater at the Blumenthal Performing Arts Center in Downtown Charlotte and the see CHRISTmas at the Billy Graham Library. The location was perfect to everywhere we needed to go for a quick family trip.

The bottom of the toilet caulking needs to be redone. And theirs a fridge, but not a micro-fridge with a microwave.

location and price. was a nice big room and very clean. also, the dining room host that was working on the morning of 12/12 was the nicest, best employee TID any establishment I have ever stayed (I’m sorry, I don’t remember his name)….but he was so hospitable and nice.

wish it had an indoor pool and continental breakfast included

The staff was exemplary.

My fiancé became groggy while driving; so we got off of the road for the safety of all concerned. We were happy that a room was available but shocked by the Hilton rates to have checked in so late around 1:00 a.m. and sleep for 8 hours at the full rate plus fees was a bit disheartening.
