Love the location area... and had a great time while I stayed for 11 days and even after I very brief issue.. the staff was on it doing great job to make sure these 3 minor issues were taken care of 💯 percent.. all staff was great except one member Rita at front desk has been perfect.. she's a really genuine sweet person and if I was having a bad morning she she'll make you forget about whatever it was that had you upset with in the first place .. the world needs more people like her I guarantee everyone one would be much happier and the world would be a better place.... I'm a local so the next time I'm in a bad mood, I'm just going to drop in and wish Ms Rita a great morning

Breakfast was good. I suggest scrambled eggs versus the western omelettes - They were very salty. Have packets for Oatmeal as well as the grits to use.

Folks yelling in hallways after 10 PM on 2nd floor It stated on your web site that it was Pet Friendly. But did NOT say there was additional fees associated with having a pet. This should be included on the web site so we know what to expect.

Rita and Shawanda took time out of their day to make us feel so welcomed! They spoke with me and my 3 kids like we were family. We booked last minute due to a communication error with another hotel and they got us into a massive room in no time.

I found a few food crumbs around the kitchenette area and the bathtub had some residue. Overall it was decently cleaned.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The room was huge! I was very satisfied.

The check in. The hotel did not have my booking information when I arrived. I had the confirmation information with me. The hotel did not. It was a long process to get me checked in. I had a long day and did not expect to have issues with checking in.

I love the location, it’s great for avoiding traffic leaving town the next day and it’s close enough to the city center.

The room was clean but there were definitely a lot of mystery stains on the carpet/couch/chair. It looked like they were renovating so construction noise was definitely an issue during the day, but it stopped before the evening.

It was clean, staff was friendly and we were close to where we needed to go. AND, the breakfast each morning was OUTSTANDING for a Continental Breakfast! Well done Hampton Inn and Suites!

Only thing we needed extra towels and the maids couldn't give us any not sure why?

It was good the eggs,sausage, bacon ,sausage gravy, & waffles they were very tasty. It was great to be able to get a hot breakfast & not have to cook.

The biscuits on the second day weren't as fresh. The coffee was good but I'm use to name brand flavor creamers also the muffins were a little dry.

Amazing People! I stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites for two nights for business purposes. I am a RN vaccinator. I was greeted by the most amazing people (Quincy and Sienna S. especially) at every turn! Reception service staff and breakfast staff… everyone working here went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful stay. Housekeeping was attentive and kept my room safe and clean. I must say, this wonderful staff knows how to make you feel at home. I will be back the next assignment i have in Charlotte !
