Hyatt Place Charlotte Airport/Lake Pointe

Very nice and clean place, I was positively surprised by its room design, as I guess I expected more of a typical layover kind of a place. I had booked a room with kingsize bed in the upper floor - room was was VERY spacious, clean, nice seating area with a big TV screen, large fridge in case you need one. There is also a spacious desk in case you have to get some computer work done. Just stayed overnight, but the room would definitely be fine for longer stays. Staff was very friendly, Airport Shuttle was clean and very reliable. Loved it!

The hotel, room & reception area were all good. Good range of food choices for breakfast. But the most important 'thing' was the attitude of staff at reception. They smiled and NOT only checked people in a very efficient way BUT cleaned tables after people had had b'fast plus served drinks/snacks at the adjacent service counter. I would particularly like to highlight Nyema White who had exactly the right work ethic and manner with guests. Great also to have a restaurant a few yards away!

Great room and customer service from the manager. Large space, great for three people separate beds, and a pack n play in a corner with walking room. Nice black out curtains. Convenient shuttle . Comfy beds

It's an airport hotel with early flights - suggest breakfast served earlier like at 5 am maybe the cold stuff like the standing fruit/cereals.... And at 6 the full spread can be available....

it was conveniently located, breakfast was good, beds were comfortable, rooms were clean. staff was amazing. Tekeya is incredible! such good energy, a great spirit and made the stay well worth it. went above and beyond for whatever I needed as well as my family members that stayed in other rooms.

Super friendly and helpful staff, bar in lobby that also served some Starbucks coffee drinks, spacious room was comfortable for a family of five.

Pool was closed due to pending inspection from county. Very disappointing for my three kids, especially since the pool was a deciding factor when we booked. Breakfast was just ok, not really good.

The room was a good size. It was a bigger than what we thought it was. It was clean to as we expected it to be. We love that the staff was always greeting us as we came down stairs to leave and as we came into the building.

We didn't like the fact that my Fiancé stepped in dog poop. I know the facility is a dog friendly hotel, we didn't expect to have cleaned up dog poop off the bottom of his shoe and off our floor.

I liked the costumer service. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I will come back to stay again. I was very pleased

I didn't like that their was no kitchen cooking space or microwave i wanted to be able to cook a meal or too. Overall the stay was completely great

Great breakfast, staff and location. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable.

Everything else was great, except, their were no microwaves in the room and for those traveling and working remotely, the hotel could definitely use and get better internet service, as it was incredibly slow.

Very comfortable room, got a good nights sleep as the bed was nice and firm. Close to airport with plenty of free parking.

The staff was amazing! I was immediately welcomed when I walked in. The lobby looked and smelled so clean! I really enjoyed the continental breakfast. The towels and linens were clean. I loved how comfortable the beds were!

The cleanliness of the room could have been better. There was hair in the refrigerator and small stains on the wall, floor, couch and curtains. The room was decent for a night or two.
