Great staff and the room was spacious.

I wish they had healthy food options for those who are vegan or vegetarian.

Wonderful Hotel in a wonderful central location in Southern Durham. Only 10 minutes to RDU, 25 from Downtown Raleigh and close to Duke and UNC. I felt as if everything was very close. The staff were helpful and friendly and the hotel was spotless and immaculate. Great customer service and an overall great vibe. Every time I am in the Triangle, I am staying here for sure!

The remote in the living room wasn't working and nobody was able to get me a replacement. Honestly, it was a minor inconvenience.

My stay at the Doubletree Suites in Raleigh was excellent. The excellence started a week before I arrived by receiving outstanding service from Doc. I was concerned about different arrival days for a family member and had questions about the shuttle. Doc was very patient, professional and assured me that my Aunt would picked up from RDU and checked in without a problem. I was delighted to meet him in person and thank him for service that went above and beyond expectations. The property is well maintained, clean and our room was very spacious.

We had no issues that were not quickly resolved by attentive staff.

They did a fantastic job ensuring our comfort and ease throughout our stay. Measures to keep the facility sanitary and clean exceeded our expectations and the staff was fantastic with accommodating our needs and giving references for different restaurants and activities! The room was huge and perfect for our needs, and the cookies were delicious... I bought some extras on the way out!

I wish the pool was open, but completely understand why it is closed in the current situation!

Nice secluded location. Pleasant staff. Bartender Kevin was great, he took both our food and drink orders. The pool was always clean. Pool staff friendly. Front desk staff welcoming and friendly. Our fridge was warm when we checked in. They sent maintenance and my milk froze by morning. Both unicorns, one C in training, we’re very accommodating and friendly. Overall, the level of service was all around superb.

Hotel is clean but could use some improvements.. carpet in hallways could afford to be cleaned and repaired, bathroom door could be replaced/repaired as the water has surely taken its toll. The pillows are extra soft. Now I like soft pillows but these are so soft they are virtually nonexistent. Takes three pillows to make one.

I love the cookies! The staff this time was amazing!! I am all about a hotel with great staff! The location is also really good! Plenty of places to eat and shopping!

The room was pretty bad, we checked in then left to eat and shop, then came back late. If we were so tired, we might have switched rooms. There was a huge wet spot on the floor, next to the bed. ☹️ I know it wasn’t to clean a stain because there was an actual stain a foot from the wet spot! There was a hair in my sister’s bed (I find this really gross!) Plus, the bathroom just felt dirty. I wasn’t trying to figure out if it was. It was too late and we were too tired to get a new room!

It was an amazing room and the staff was so amazing.

This hotel is nestled back in off the main road and may have you curious what kind of hotel did you book. But I guarantee you, once you go in, the staff will make you feel comfortable and reassure you of your stay. They were super friendly and accommodating to our needs. Not only that, we were bumped up to a suit with a balcony, which is not what we paid for. Everything was clean and no unnecessary discomfort during the entirety of our stay. Would definitely go back!

There was very little to find wrong with this hotel. The two things that I could come up with were (1) limited plugs by the beds. One for each side, but plenty others around the room. (2) the beds weren't the most comfortable. Of course I am used to a memory foam mattress at home so I'm a little biased, but we were able to sleep. So it met our needs.

Outstanding visit. I was very pleased with the hotel & the staff. Ate several meals & swam in pool.

2 very small inconveniences... would be great to have some utensils and a kitchen towel or paper towels in the kitchen area. Would also be nice to have a convenient place in bedroom to charge cellphone rather than do it another room. Neither thing noticed was a big deal. The grounds... suite .... and staff being helpful & friendly made up for small inconveniences.🤗

I love that the property had a lake behind it. It was so peaceful to walk around it and just sit at the tables and enjoy the quiet.

The beds weren’t that comfortable. They were really firm with no give. Aside from that not a deal breaker.
