good location, comfortable room, and friendly staff.

My room was not cleaned on the second day of my three-night stay. When I returned to my room in the afternoon, the cleaning person was working on the same floor, so I requested that my room be cleaned. She said "I will do it right away", but the cleaning was not done after all. In the evening, when I informed the receptionist, I was told that she had already gone home. The staff immediately gave me a set of pre-selected towels and I could stay comfortably for the rest of the day. However, it would have been nice if all employees had the ability to operate in English for day-to-day needs.

Breakfast was great. The room was perfect and very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again.

The only thing that was negative was when I booked the reservation for Saturday to Sunday it was a 159.00 rate. But had to change it to Friday to Saturday and the rate jumped to 205.00. I was too late to cancel and redo it when i noticed. I went in just to check with a new reservation and the rate was $179. I contacted booking with an email and got no response. I called and booking contacted the hotel but they would not change the rate.

Convenient location, just off Highway. Visiting our daughter at UNC. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good too. Pretty little bench outside near a pond that we enjoyed our coffee in the morning.

A little tricky trying to get into the turn lane just off the highway though. We ended up having to do a u turn. We also didn’t see the hotel sign , easily missed and had to do another u turn. Had noisy kids at the room near ours. The hotel did ask them to quiet down which they eventually did.

Loved the pancakes and the variety of options. My spouse can't have dairy and was still able to have a good breakfast. one of the staff even was able to check for him to see if one of the options contained milk. . That customer service was very much appreciated. The hours and location were good. I liked that the food was away from the seating in a separate space.

The entire place was extremely clean, the staff were very courteous and they had pancakes instead of the usual waffles for breakfast. Also there was a keurig machine in the room instead of the nasty prepackaged coffees that are the norm

The bed was a little too firm for me but that is not a bad thing at all

Hot breakfast was okay as motel breakfasts go. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of space in room

One elevator for a 4-floor building and located at end of hall, creating a bottleneck. Took almost 5 minutes to get water warm enough to wash up when we first arrived (better the next morning). Several staffers wearing masks below their noses or below their chins.

Room was clean, comfortable bed. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Natalie in reception was particularly helpful helping me locate a future booking I had made but had lost the details of!

Asking for my card at check in and putting $25 on my card for purchases….even if that is standard it should not be done…. have never had this happen before…,now have to keep checking my card to see if it was put back on my card.

The breakfast was exceptional. We have stayed at other holiday Inn express and the breakfasts were not as good as yours.

We prefer more firm bedding. The softness of the mattresses were not to our liking.

Room was very Spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the Dove hygiene products in the shower!

Had to check-out at 5 am and no one was available at the desk. I waited a few minutes and no one came.
